Fantastic place to stay near Kuta and Legian away from the busy area but within a short walk

Very quiet hotel with lovely swimming pool. We were upgraded to an apartment with early check in which was fantastic. The room was large with a sitting area and kitchen with stove and fridge. We enjoyed the facilities very much. The staff were very helpful and responsive.

An oven or microwave oven should is needed for cooking. I had only one pilot light on the stove to use for cooking.

Overall enjoyed the stay, worth for the money, staffs were super friendly and helpful.

Location was central. Room was surprisingly bigger and had everything we needed. Well maintained. It had partitioned but didn't bother us. Beach of less than few mins walk away distance. The money is truly worth for it. Of course, staffs were friendly and very helpful.

Could have provided a water dispenser instead of keep reaching out to reception considering we have had little boy. The location is central but again that is close to the main road so if one were to use bike or car, its a super busy area so slow moving traffic is expected. I wish they were working 24/7 for more assistance.

Great for a start of Bali exploration

Great location pretty close to the beach, promenade, shopping center and super/minimarkets. Own decent pool with kid's zone. Deckchairs were always available at the pool. A number of bars, restaurants and cafes within a walking distance.

Everything was pretty fine taking into account we just stayed for 3 days to get accustomed to Bali's weather and time zone before moving further. Overall no complains if you don't have overexpectations.

Close to the mall. Bed and aircon was good.

The bathroom was really really dirty, especially the shower unit. Seems it hasn’t had a proper scrub for a long time. Towels were super worn out, the fan was not working, the bidet was faulty. There were workers painting the external, right smack where the pool was. So uncomfortable and dust was floating in the pool. The front desk staff was a pleasant chap but he’s done by 7.30 or sometimes 9pm. It’s a long narrow passage way to the apartment, I wouldn’t go out alone at night.

It was close to everything and was great to have a separate living area and kitchen facilities

The mattress on the bed was rock hard so I slept on the couch…. They did try to help with pieces of foam but it didn’t help 😔 The water kept going hot & cold

More pillows would be more comfortable with a night(reading) lamp. Small lamp from AC lightened up the sleeping room. Towel or a mat on the shower exit would be more safe and hygienic. Breakfast was poor...

Ruhiges Hotel jedoch mitten im Geschehen.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Das Zimmer war geräumig. Auf der Terrasse/Balkon durfte man rauchen. Selbst wenn die Rezeption nicht besetzt war. konnte man Mitarbeiter anrufen, die sofort kamen. Lage ist Top und nur 3 Minuten Gehweg zum Strand. Wir haben uns unser Frühstück selbst gemacht. Unser Gepäck konnten wir mehrere Stunden bis zu unserem Flug dort aufbewahren. Danke an die Mitarbeiter des Hotels für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Da wir auch gerne im Hotel kochen, könnte die Küchenausstattung besser sein. Besteck, Pelle, Gläser gut bestückt. Es gab aber nur eine Pfanne. Nach Anfrage wurde uns eine zweite besorgt.
