Room is clean, location is good

Hotel dropped the ball and they can only check in my travel companion at 530 pm with reason that the previous guest had a late checkout. That is not acceptable and Im disappointed that I even recommended this hotel to them. I suggest to make sure your hotel is avail for guest to check in at 3pm as per your own policy.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! The room is not super spacious but it has everything we need! Very neat, tidy, and handy! Super convenient as its located just inside the mall and you can also walk across the street to get to the beach. They even have a luggage scale to help us prep ourselves before coming to the airport.

Love the location and convenience of being able to walk to the BeachWalk Mall that has ample shops and dining options (it's HUGE btw) Love comfortable bedding, size of room, balcony to dry wet clothes, sustainable water provision in glass bottles, rain shower Great options on room service dining menu I didn't venture out to the Kuta market/beach as we only stayed 2 nights but it seemed quite bustling. Generally felt safe within the area Staff are polite and friendly, we had free popsicle upon arriving. They were also very attentive - we had a bug in the room and called the reception. Staff came up pretty fast to help us remove it, and upon checking out, they were super apologetic and gave us a plushie :)

My room was quite a far walk from the main lift lobby though super near the pool Poor sound proofing. It did not disturb my sleep as we're not light sleepers, however I often heard kids running, passerbys talking so that's kinda distracting Door to the washroom is kind of see through, and your silhouette is visible even if you are sitting at the far end on the bowl LOL.. No issue for us as I was with my daughter but do take note

Clean, tidy & modern with incredible bedding, lighting & comfort. A great nights sleep.

The beds! Super comfy and the room itself was well spaced. You felt immediately comfortable. The lighting was great and the pillows were fab! Breakfast was INCREDIBLE! Staff really friendly and helpful. The fact you have everything you can possibly want at your fingertips is for some people, a comfort.

It's my own personal preference, but I didn't realise how touristy it was going to be or that there was a huge American style mall next door. Not what I come to Bali to experience at all, and the grid-lock of transport just outside the hotel was definitely a strain.

Comfort and luxury in the heart of Kuta.

The property is in a great location in the centre of Kuta and walking distance for most places, particularly if you like shopping this is great as it is attached to the big shopping centre. The bed and shower were potentially the best we have experienced in Bali and the AC was powerful with a big tv. The staff were amazing, my fiancé was ill when we arrived at 12 and although check CV in was 3pm the staff rushed to get it ready so we ended up getting in at 1pm. The food was good and over all a great vibe!

The shopping centre had some sort of event in the courtyard while we stayed and it isn’t clear that the hotel is connected to this and a lot of the rooms on top. The volume of this was crazy and meant it wasn’t particularly peaceful. I don’t know how often this sort of thing is on but worth thinking about is it is really loud if anything is going on in the centre.

We had a pleasant stay the room comfortable & location convenient to walk around close by the beach.

Breakfast choice of food was good and food taste great too. Room is spacious and comfortable. There is a balcony in the room where we can chill out. Location of the hotel is right beside the Beachwalk mall and just a short walk to the Kuta beach very convenient. And there is lots of local food surrounding the area within 15mins walk.

Great location as it's attached to the shopping centre with great restaurants, but terrible traffic jam in the area. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit with all my meetings in Denpasar, hence I would have to stay in Sanur for future trips.

Best hotel to stay in Kuta, or in Bali!!!

Everything. The service, the welcome experience, the location (right next to the mall) and right infront of the beach for surfing, housekeeping is the best!!! My kids love coming back to the room every day cause the housekeeping keeps making the animal towels and got them some goodies always. Thank you!!!

I would have given an excellent rating which is deserved had it nit been for the noise coming from celebrations in the mall. A suggestion would be to have better sound isolation. That said the reaction of the ten was excellent and they proved to be extremely helpful whenever we needed something.

Perfect location

The location was perfect, located next to the beach walk shopping center. The buffet in the breakfast was very rich. The staff was very friendly, always willing to help. The room is very modern with a very comfortable bed and there was a nice balcony.

The pool was a bit small for such a big hotel. The bathroom had no privacy (glass bathroom door).

Highly recommend for its comfortable stay and location.

The staff was extremely helpful and professional. The room and stay were comfortable and the best part was the location - right above the BEACHWALK. Although, we would’ve preferred a room with a better view within the property. Another downside was that there were no free cancellation options and this was sad because we found much cheaper rates for the same room at Aloft at a different website but we couldn’t do anything about that. So my advice would be to check all platforms before booking the room.

Disappointing experience

Close to shopping malls

On November 23, at 11:34 AM, a staff member named Eka assisted with the check-in process. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was not smooth. I had made the reservation through Booking.com, where it was not clearly stated whether the room would have a city view or a garden view. At check-in, I expressed my preference for a garden view to the staff. However, I was under the impression that I would have the option to choose since Booking.com did not specify this information. The staff member responded in a condescending and high-handed manner, implying that I had misunderstood the booking details and treated me as if I were a troublesome guest. In all my experiences in Bali, even when paying 190 AUD per night, I have never been treated this poorly. This was an extremely unpleasant and disappointing experience.
