The staff were exceptionally polite and hospitable. I felt welcomed and looked after from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. Four start hotel but a five star service.
The gym wasn’t properly equipped but there are many other good gyms around this area. A 50 rupi drive. I didn’t like the fact the coffees or at least one coffee wasn’t included in the breakfast apart from that the breakfast was exceptionally good!

The staff were amazing, vey accomodating and helpful. I broke my ankle 4 days before our holiday, they made sure that my family and I were comfortable and even put us in a room right near the elevator. The staff went out of the way to make sure my son was happy. The buffet breakfast every morning was fantastic. Can’t fault this resort.

The Spa in the middle of the pool was horrible! The smell was so rotten and toxic This Spa should be shut down. Also, the pool access rooms on one side had no sunshine at all.
