The roof top pool and bar is closed for renovations, we were never informed of this , even at hotel there are still advertising the rooftop bar and pool! There are no signs saying closed, should be informed on booking ! The standard room we originally booked definitely needs renovations !!

Fabulous , clean, reasonable priced hotel

The property is near Legian street About half hour walk from beach walk in Kuta , the rooms were very clean , very comfortable, the swim out rooms are amazing , breakfast was great variety and clean , the staff go above and beyond to help you , they will not say no to anything, cannot fault anything

Very good location. The children’s playground was fantastic and my daughter really enjoyed it. The kids’ swimming pool was also excellent and very convenient for families. The staff were amazing, professional, and always happy to help. Breakfast was great with a wide range of options to choose from. Overall, a very positive experience.

Haven in Kuta

The best breakfast buffet is the best ever. The service and staff is amazing, attention, detail...hands up to Vanesha from kitchen who prepared us a balinese meal. So grateful to everyone for making my staying unforgetable.

This has honestly been my favourite hotel stay in Bali. We stayed at another 5-star hotel before this, but the service and facilities didn’t feel like true 5-star quality. Four Points completely changed that experience for us. The staff here are absolutely wonderful — always welcoming, full of bright smiles, and they greet you warmly every time you pass by. They’re genuinely attentive and always ask if you need anything. The food is amazing, the location is perfect, and the bed and pillows are so soft — it’s like sleeping on clouds. Every morning around 5-6am, I’d sit on the balcony and watch the staff maintaining the pool. One morning, I watched a team member carefully fixing what looked like a filter or light in the pool while also cleaning out any rubbish from the bottom. It's little things like this that make this hotel stand out from everywhere else I’ve stayed. Even at breakfast, every staff member — from the servers to the cooks — were incredibly interactive and kind. They go out of their way to remember your name and make you feel cared for. A special thank you to the lovely lady at the front who greeted me each morning at breakfast and always made sure I had a nice table. And to Karsana (I hope I got your name right) — thank you for the laughs, the kindness, and for always checking in on us. On the days I wasn’t feeling well, you made sure I had food, drinks, and even offered to call a doctor. That kind of care means so much. I’m really going to miss this place. My only suggestion would be to maybe move the pool bar to the lower pool area and add more shaded seating down there. But aside from that, I’ll definitely be back — next time and every time after that. From room 328

Disappointing stay

The breakfast and staff were excellent.

Not enough umbrellas at roof top pool area. The room advertised a balcony but it could only sit one person. This should be stated on booking. No real storage in room to put clothes for 2 people. The hotel needs a bit of work done as the rooms are dated.
