Very relaxing place, it exceeded my expectations. It’s just in the corner of the legian street where you can find everything, but the hotel itself is like hidden

Bendesa would benefit from a bit of a Reno, new linen, privacy on balconies upstairs, noise reductio

The breakfast was adequate, but bacon would have been appreciated occasionally. Be great to have a better coffee served. I found all linen could be replaced, including pillows. My pillow was mouldy. I actually went to Bintang n bought a new one. Mattress was not very comfortable. The down side to this hotel is the NOISE from Sky Garden n surrouding clubs, going till 4am. The staff were very friendly n helpful, making my stay very pleasant. The hotel need to put up a wall between rooms on the top floor balcony. . Apparently they had them originally, but they rotted. Most folk don't feel comfortable sitting on balcony with a stranger next ro you. No privacy. Alot of the hotels around are refurbishing etc n my advice would be to do this to Bendesa, if prices could remain low.

Noise from Sky Garden till 4am. Microphone ringing out with some drunk shouting his song. Sheets pillows needs renewing. Curtain needs to be put up at both small windows upstairs rooms, as light beams in from balcony lights, which can only be turned off at switchboard.

Good value , make sure you get the room you booked .

The pool was nice , clean and cool , was very quiet during the day , a bit noisy at night due to night clubs .

Only one power point , only one bedside table , only one hook in bathroom for towels , NO PLUG for hand basin so husband shaves and wastes water .

Excellent hotel to stay, Don't stress on the little things.

We found for the price, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Great pool, great location and access to both jl Legian and jl Benesari. Attentive and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Stayed for 19 nights with family of 6 and more than happy to stay again.

No room towels, given extra room towels istead,wife missed a hair dryer. Soap supplied but no body wash or shampoo. No daily water supplied, solved by buying 15 litre water for $2.20.

Bare minimum balinese hospitality in a cold and lonely space.

theres a spa on site. could be good for someone who wants to have a ground level room with pool access.

It lacks the magic other balinese hotels seem to have. Perhaps theres not the same dedication and time spent to service. no one even showed me to my room. The layout is a bit weird and the hotel seems cold. Lonely is the word. I was quite alone there despite so many rooms. Not the best area to stay in. many “bike bikes” follow you at night there.

Exceptional

Everything! I was in room A1 and it was A1! Comfortable bed, clean linen and pillows, and a lovely bathroom with no bad smells and great water pressure and temperature. There is a good sized fridge, kettle, good reading lighting, they have two sheets and blanket unlike other cheaper hotels, a nice patio with comfortable wooden seating and the aircon makes no rattling sounds. The pool is inviting and there are recliners to use. There were no noisy neighbours and the rooms are soundproof enough to quieten the noise from the busy road and local bars They also have cable tv. I will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

Wifi has been upgraded with repeater in room...the staff look after you like family...and are very friendly...pool seating and dining seating is new...bintang at good price...recommended for long / short stay in Kuta

The room was great, request for ground floor was approved, everything worked, hot shower, daily housekeeping, pool was excellent maintained by Wayan so chemically balanced, breakfast was primarily indo, large portions, banana pancake was delicious as were mixed juices. The short cut to benesari road was convenient...

Had a few noisy neighbours in the early hours but twice in 18 days was forgiveable.

My room was down grade from what I ordered. Facilities do not match the explanation in the application. They don't accept payment by credit and debit card😒

room was dirty, housekeeping came daily but still needed sweeping and mopping and walls had spider webs and stains on wifi was terrible in the room. got a bit of signal on the balcony

Całkiem fajny hotel. Wymaga nieco odnowienia i pokoje są w różnym standardzie. Bardzo miły personel. Dobra lokalizacja. Blisko drogi a mimo to na uboczu i spokojnie. W pokoju dostępny czajnik.

Fajnym rozwiązaniem jest basen. Jednak przez dość długi okres naszego pobytu nie widziałam żeby był czyszczony. Niektórzy turyście jedli przy basenie a na następny dzień w wodzie pływał makaron. Więc czystość basenu jest raczej wątpliwa.

Die Anlage ist schön und liegt sehr zentral.

Es war ruhig im Hotel , aber man hört trotzdem jeden Geräusch da die Bauweise eben so ist. Das Bad war nichts besonderes kann Größer und schöner sein. Die oberen Zimmern sind OK wenn man sich wenig im Hotel aufhält. Frühstück ist OK aber nichts besonderes. Besser ohne Frühstück Buchen.
