Loved the Hotel and its staff. I would stay here again.

Good location, walking distance to shops, markets, places to eat. Lovely pool and wonderful staff. They were all lovely.

Would have liked a better selection of Western food for breakfast and the milk for cereal wasn't chilled.

Misleading

Staff were friendly and that is about it. The reviews of this place are misleading.

1. Rooms are not that clean, there were many ants in the room and we also found 2 cockroaches. While I don’t expect much for the price, I do expect cleanliness. 2. Soundproofing - be prepared to be disturbed. There as a karaoke bar across the street that goes until 3am and is very loud. You can hear people moving above you and next to you whilst in your room. Lastly the hotel blasts music from 7am-11pm everyday in the hallway. 3. Hotel breakfast didn’t always seem the most fresh and we preferred to spend money outside at a nice restaurant instead.

Not clean , room not very clean at all . Kid in nappy in the kid part of pool with its nappy and pj’s on . Realised she soiled herself decided to investigate with her hands and then washed hands in pool water . Wouldn’t eat or swim there not once . One week waisted .

To be expected of course right by the pool but sometimes it could be a little noisy early in the morning (the pool did have open hours, but some other guests went in a little earlier, no more than an hour and only for a short while) - nothing major.

Location..

The lady stuffed up and took the wrong amount of money 90 dollars more.. I had to approach the lady and ask why she took so much money. then she refunded me the amount 10 min later told me it will take 14 days for the refund.. I had to pay another 200 dollar for me room.. no offer of upgrade or anything she didn't know what to do.. I was leaving in 2 days so I only had 200 aus left for shopping but because I had to pay for my again I was left with absolutely no money for 2 days.. talked to the manager she was nice but still couldn't do anything so its really stuffed me up.. neo+ was always my first stop everytime I go to bali.. but i will never return Rooms are run down broken stuff everywhere fell between the 2 single beds pushed together

The breakfast at this hotel was excellent. There were plenty of options—from hot dishes to fresh pastries, fruit, cereals, and made-to-order items. Everything was delicious and constantly replenished. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had!

Loved it!

The rooms were clean, fresh and well maintained every day. We stayed 6 nights and its was amazing The set up they organised with my partners birthday was awesome. The staff were great everyday and we got to know a few of them very well

The swimming pool is great for the children. The air conditioning worked well and wasn't too noisy. The staff were as helpful as they are allowed to be.

The staff could be a little understanding and empathetic to guests needs. Especially the breakfast crew.

Excellent Location

The location of the hotel is excellent. Walking distance to everything. There are 2 x 24 hour convenience stores across the road and a great massage salon. The girls are very good at what they do and are very friendly. There is an honest money exchange about 200m away (just walk to the memorial and turn right and it's just up on the right. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming and happy to help you with anything you need. The staff were a highlight of our stay. April and G (I can't remember her full name sorry) were exceptional and so attentive to our needs and so friendly every time we saw them. The rooms are a good size and comfortable. The pool is a good size and quite refreshing at the start and end of the day (a bit warm in the middle of the day). Plenty of poolside beds which are nice and comfortable. Towels are fine. (I have read so many comments about the towels). Nothing wrong with them. They are clean, dry and dry you well. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Bali.

The breakfast is not ideal for a celiac. I could only eat the boiled eggs or omelette and a small fruit salad bowl. It would have been nice to have some other options available considering all the options available to guests. The pool could have been cleaner. I felt the cleanliness of the pool lacked as there seemed to be lots of stuff floating around in it. The staff could have been more attentive to this area in cleaning up dirty dishes and glasses as some days they sat there for hours. The frosted glass between bathroom and bedroom is not ideal if sharing with say friends. I was sharing with my nephew. While you can't see through the glass the light shines through quite strong making the room like daylight in the middle of the night. If booking a poolside room, just note that groups of people tend to sit outside your room on the steps making it a little awkward when trying to get in and out of your room on the poolside. And at night some people get quite comfortable on the poolside beds and stay late talking loudly right outside your room. Staff don't seem to move people on late at night.

Room was spacious & very clean. Perfect size for a couple or two friends. Staff were very welcoming and accomodating. Pool is HUGE.

The staff are great! Bed was comfy.

The rooms are dirty, dusty, mouldy. Stains on the curtains and tiles. My shower smelt like sewage every time I turned it on. The suite I stayed in was right next to the kids pool, woken up each morning by the sound of children as the glass doors are not sound proofed.

The rooms were very dirty. When I say dirty I mean the furnisher and blinds. It was fresh sheets and clean floors however the age of the room and decor like blinds and cabinets were old. Old curtains have stains all over them which I thought was blood so I requested another room as if felt so dirty being there.
