Staff was amazing. Really helpful people with a big smile and were thinking together with us to make our stay amazing. The hotel must be so lucky to have this staff.
Ofcourse the location is perfect for kuta.
The pool is kinda in a weird spot in the middle of the restaurant and lacks cosy things like decoration and plants.
The neighbours are burning trash and you can see and smell that when NOT in your room. The hotel doesn't like it but it's perfectly legal to do that in Bali. The hotel were very understanding towards of about it.

We stayed at Swiss-Belexpress Kuta for 2*2 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was friendly and generally of very high quality. The staff is always welcoming, immediately available and very reactive. I really recommend this accommodation very good located in a quiet place. Special thanks to Yani and Cantika for their warm and helpful service.

Professionalism of staff. Bathroom was clean and well maintained.Kettle and tea/coffee/creamers/sugar was provided. Hot water was provided in bathroom. Provided plug pin when charger was not fitting in socket. Provided stationery when requested. Provided extra card for room access. Smooth check-out.
Room was not spacious for 3 people. Expensive lunch/dinner. For the price, breakfast could have been complimentary. Check-in was longer.
