A great location very strategic to reach all amenities, beach, restaurants, shopping mall, pharmacy, airport, all are in a bundle 😊 Love the authentic food, felt so great especially when come back home after overseas journey. Great hospitality and the welcoming atmosphere, comfortable feeling during stay, all facilities are great as promised, great value for money, and have had previous satisfaction too from other Swissbell! Highly recommended! Thanks again for your great services, feel interesting to come back again one day!

Near Perfect

(1)It's within walking distance to Kuta Beach; (2)Plenty of electric sockets; (3)Although located in a busy area, it's not by the side of the main street. Rooms are free from the noise of vehicles roaming Kuta.

(1)However, the music in the lobby could also be heard through the speaker inside my room. Although it wasn't deafening, it was bothering; (2)Coffee and creamer weren't replenished two days in a row. I had to make a call to the front desk. I got them at last, and during the next days, new ones were always ready on my desk. I just thought that it would be much better if I didn't need to have asked.

Professionalism of staff. Bathroom was clean and well maintained.Kettle and tea/coffee/creamers/sugar was provided. Hot water was provided in bathroom. Provided plug pin when charger was not fitting in socket. Provided stationery when requested. Provided extra card for room access. Smooth check-out.

Room was not spacious for 3 people. Expensive lunch/dinner. For the price, breakfast could have been complimentary. Check-in was longer.

We loved the facilities, good location, very clean, beautiful pool, extremely friendly and professional staff and lovely breakfasts. The staff that cleaned our room daily did an excellent job.

Nice, clean hotel for an overnight/short stay.

Reception was very friendly and offered us a welcome drink. The room was just a basic one, quite clean and so was the bathroom. Our view was overlooking the dining area which was next to lap pool. They had a nice buffet layout for breakfast and there were some beautiful plants growing on the fences. For an overnight stay we couldn't fault this hotel.

The only thing was the pillows were a bit hard.

it was practical and close to everything.

The room and staff were fine, however.

It was disappointing that the breakfast didn't cater to anyone else, it was based on their foods. The rooms had a musty smell to them, but you got used to that after a while, and you might get toilet paper if you were lucky or otherwise you had to request it from reception.

The location to the good restaurant and markets. Staff was good and responsive. Amazing breakfast.

Room was too small. No enough space to open our suitcase properly. Also i think no room has balcony or open space. So when you enter looks like closed room. No space to dry your wet clothes.

We appreciate the kindness and hospitality of the staff. They are doing their best to attend to our concerns and other inquiries. We felt like we are at home and safe during our short stay here. Truly the service of these people are warm and excellent.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very good (you can order omelet and sausages in the kitchen if you do not like the buffet option) very good location and the beds are comfortable.

we booked for the last couple of nights of our month long holiday because of the location & breakfast reviews

convenient location

the breakfast was disgusting only catering for Asians & it was cold & covered in flys . the hotel was virtually empty so couldn’t understand why they put us on the 6 th floor next to an adjoining room with 2 loud Asians who seemed to be watching reels & Tik Toks all night !
