Pool is great with plenty of loungers. Plenty of staff who are always willing to help. Massage on site and reasonably priced too.
The entertainment is great but it means it is pretty noisy for large parts of the day. Not so good if you're trying to have some quiet time

I liked the location and the room we stayed in
The clientele that stayed there.
Thw sales tax at the restaurant.
A limited very average breakfast.
Aircon didn't work well and we had to have staff come up most days to fix the aircon due to loud rattling and vibrating.
