Great stay as usual, lovely staff, great food, great value for money

Best value for money Hotel. Have moved to others but nothing compares. The staff can never do enough for you. All our needs were met. It is a very budget motel but you are treated like you are at a 5 star. Our friends and extended family came for the first time and they all loved it. We have visited 3 times and will be back again

The beds are a little uncomfortable but again, it is budget so do not expect luxury

Location is incredible. Been to Bali many times and this is situated right in the heart of Kuta, but still just tucked in enough away from all the noise. The price is also unreal, especially with the level of facilities (pool, massages, bar service) avaliable there. The staff were also super friendly and willing to help. I would Definitely stay here again.

There are no lifts, so if you got a room on the top floor like I did, you have to climb up and down 4 flights of stairs every time; so it’s not very accessibility or elderly friendly. The wifi would also drop out occasionally, but was fine when running normally.

Such friendly staff. Really nice rooms. Pool was great. Massages were the best in Bali.

We had a few ants in our room, falling from the roof onto the bed. Used some fly spray and they were gone for the rest of the stay.

This property is located central to some great restaurants, I love the sunny aspect of the pool area; the Ladies in the massage hut are beautiful, well priced and make my stay so pleasant. The grassed area is a great space for children to run around and play . I have stayed here over this past 20 years and every season of my life has been completely catered for here.

This trip was the very first time I have been woken up by room service asking if I’d like my room cleaned (8.30 am)

Relaxing, peaceful and fun!

This is the second time, I have stayed here when travelling to Bali. I returned here because it is a good location in Legian to stay! It’s close to the beach, and not far from Kuta either. Many close shops and food choices to eat out. The staff are really friendly, helpful and most importantly I feel safe and looked after. The room was cleaned daily and enjoyed the DJ on Tuesday.

Absolutely nothing

Accommodation and quality of rooms was of a poor standard and out dated, the staff were more interested in socialising with each other rather than attending to guest needs, whether that be getting a drink or something to eat. Empty plates and glasses were left around the pool near day beds and not collected by staff, broken and damaged tiles around the pool and leading to your accommodation. The buffet breakfast was disgusting and shouldn’t even be called a buffet breakfast. We would not recommend this place to anyone on any budget, the whole property and staff need a complete overhaul.

Many aspects of the facility could be much improved

Breakfast used to include cereals but do not now. They are not strict on maintaining non smoking areas in eating which should be there all day . There are some really poor cleaning standards and some of the staff need further training. I would certainly not have them working for me.

See above and I add that the grounds were not as well maintained as they were on previous visits. The entrance area needs to be ripped up and new surface relaid. In the superior room there is no case rack and I did not have a drying rack on the veranda.

Not so great

Good location and friendly staff

No hairdryer in the room, you have to ask the reception for it. The pressure of the shower isn’t great. One morning the staff banged on my door at 8 in the morning (I was still sleeping) to come clean my room and I yelled no and they responded that it won’t get cleaned (got cleaned but still I found that so no okay to bang on my door). The window view is actually the hallway so there is no privacy. You have to keep the curtains closed and the lightbulbs are white so it’s not cozy. The aircon can make some loud noises at random times and you hear all the sounds coming from the street next to it. The lock on the door seems very easy to unlock, I really didn’t trust it. I won’t be coming back here although the location is great and staff is friendly.

Clean, central, professional staff

It was our first staying once arrived in Indonesia. The location is very central to Kuta beach. The resort was clean and well organize. Essential to try the massage they do in place. Staff was amazing and really made us relaxing during our holiday

Is a little bit dated but consider we took the cheapest room. Maybe upgraded one are more “fresh” but this still won’t change our positive opinion of this place 😊

Good stay but terrible customer service and limited beacon

The bar staff in the morning is really friendly and accommodating and loved the happy hour and drinks.

The bar staff in the night is horrible, they have a 24hr room service, I stayed on the fourth floor, no elevators and we called the night staff to bring us ice, was told to come get it myself and on top of that my sister had reported that her bed was broken it took two days just to replace the bed. We were treated as though we borrowed money to stay at the hotel instead of paying the full price. Was given comp. Spa vouchers for the bad service, thank you but still we left very dissatisfied, because the morning front desk Staff were full of attitude, treated as though we were being ridiculous complaining about a broken bed that was already broken when we arrived after we asked to kindly change rooms from the top floor to the lower floor(again, no elevators) And they had limited beacon, if I'm paying for breakfast why does it only have limited beacon? Staff needs to be trained on customer service please

It was comfortable and good value for a family. It was close to everything we needed. The staff were very friendly.

The air conditioner in our room didn’t work well and we did let the hotel know but it didn’t appear to get fixed. There were no bath mats or hand towels.

Massages on site were reasonably priced and made you feel amazing! Pool has a Swim up bar but still very family friendly! Short walk to the beach where you can sit and watch the sunset!

Never fails to disappoint

I always stay at Dewri Sri. (4 times now) The location is a perfect balance between Kuta, Legian & Seminyak, & set back from the hustle & bustle of the major streets. Staff are always courteous & friendly. The hotel is designed in a way where everything is located close to the rooms without being over crowded. (Front desk, bar, restaurant & pool area) There's been some really great changes since I last visited. They now offer; - Room Service - 24 hour bar & food - Pool now stays open until 11pm Yet the prices have stayed the same.

Great stay once again.

We stay here every time we come to bali. It is peaceful, beautiful grounds, rooms are big and clean. Air con works great. We had an issue with no power one night, the staff were quick to move us to a new room.

Always good to back here and I still think it’s great value

Value for money. I stay here at the start and finish of my Bali trips because it’s nice and easy with a great pool, always get a sun lounger. Security is good and I feel safe as a solo traveler. I’ve notice the hotel is doing regular improvements, like new air conditioning units, toilets, cups & spoons and TVs. Grounds are lovely especially watching the squirrels run around.

The restaurant food could be better, the soup is great tho.

Food was expensive and average, bed was very hard and asked for a very soft bed, couldn’t book drinks or food to your room, cleaning staff start cleaning rooms extremely early and are very noisy so there was no sleep ins, very disappointing breakfast menu.
