Disappointed

The only good thing about this hotel is it's location around the party scene and a place to crash after a big night out. The staff were really nice tho.

Photos are deceiving and property looks run down. Still a bit over priced for what it is. Bathroom dirty, rust stains inside the bath tub which is also the shower and stained water on the floor behind the toilet. Big gap under the door so mosquitoes and other bugs kept getting in my room. TV only has a handful of local stations, non English. Felt like I was the only one in the entire property as there was no life around the property ( it felt dead ) and nobody was in the swimming pools even though there were some locals at the hotel.

my room was a mess and dirty with holes in the wall and my door didn’t close or lock properly at all it was very unhygienic and makes you feel very unsafe

The room could have been clean better, mostly the bathroom! Also, the room is not so welcoming.. it would not take much effort to make it a little warmer

Party central with everything close by, not a place for yoga zen or relaxation. heaps of fun tho

Meeting new people and enjoying some drinks in the pool.

Some staff are good, but not all... be on alert and wise... Especially when your drinking out and about, many people try to trick and take advantage of you... Heard to many people around the place lose or have things stolen...

La ubicación es perfecta justo en el centro de Kuta, la habitación es amplia y cómoda. Por el precio esta bien para una noche. El lugar tuvo en el pasado muy buen potencial, con un picó más de mantenimiento puede ser un excelente lugar

La limpieza y mantenimiento muy malos, se nota que no hay preocupacione por eso. Cables eléctricos destapados, lámpara rota, baño muy descuidado, muebles descascarados.
