The staff were incredibly welcoming and supportive; as a first-time visitor to Bali, I really appreciated them helping me navigate the city. The rooms were perfectly clean and the amenities were satisfactory.

Love the location and their pool is amazing and so clean and inviting. Staff are great.
I can see upgrades are happening and this is a good thing to see, but you can’t hear them which is even better. Beds are starting to get a little tired.

Was close to beach and some cafes shops easy to get cabs to places pool was ok
Staff were very unfriendly , service was not avalable , they charge for even milk in your room , breakfast not very good
