If you like a super quiet place on the Kuta end of Legian, great choice.

A smaller complex, so easy to get from room to pool and dining area. Very nice place and well maintained. Food was good and staff were some of the best I have experienced anywhere in Bali.

The location not to my liking. A lot of ants near pool lounges. I went 2 weeks late Dec 25 to mid Jan 26. Too quiet for me. Awesome pool bar, but nobody was ever there, so not much atmosphere.

I liked the pool area, the breakfast made to order, the staff, the bathrooms newly renovated.

Only feedback would be beds could be a bit softer and also, the towels could be a bit softer and whiter.

Fantastic area, so close to everything, being a short walk to all restaurants, shopping and the beach. The property was well maintain and so quiet and peaceful. Pool, garden area and restaurant all kept so lovely and clean.

The staff make this place - it's friendly, welcoming, clean and in a central location.

If you love being in the thick of it close to bars, clubs etc, this hotel is a great location. Staff were super friendly, happy, welcoming and helpful. What the hotel lacked, their service made up for. The wonderful breakfast was fabulous and served with those famous Bali smiles from the staff.

Smoke - you could smell cigarette smoke literally everywhere, down the halls, stairwells, drifting up from the pool etc - you couldn't escape it. It would have been nice to see more Balinese culture in the hotel like offerings, frangipani's everywhere, maybe some jasmine to help overcome the cigarette smoke and possibly limit smoking to one wing of the hotel rather than everywhere and especially upstairs where it was trapped along the hallways. The shower rose needs to be more robust, it fell off on our 2nd day. And the resorts and businesses could clean up the rubbish and litter along the gang from the hotel to the street - it was pretty terrible to see each morning.

The staff were attentive and the bed was comfortable. It is located off the Main Street, quiet.

The pool was great. Drinks were cold. The eggs were cooked as I order (poached, a little runny). The staff were excellent and friendly. I can recommend this hotel and will stay again next time I’m in Bali.

Great location in the heart of Legian

Hard to beat at this price point, location is central but quiet enough to relax and chill. Short stroll down gang to JL Legian where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Clean room, hot water with pressure and a swim up bar which is open till 10pm.

Fantastic place, 2nd time to stay and leave happy each time. Staff is amazing, brekie is yumm and the facility’s are just perfect, central to everything, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Clean tidy and so well priced. Thank you

Really really annoyed with false advertising. One of the main reasons we booked the Niche was the promotion that NO CHILDREN PERMITTED. We just wanted to unwind but all but 1 day (our last day) there were a minimum of 6 children yelling and having fun in the pool. We accept that children will be children, it's not their fault. I blame the resort. Pak Made (Owner/Manger) was very accommodating and said that it only happens at the end of Ramadan and the New Year. I said that should be noted on their website. Other than that only small issues such as no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes, previously commented by others and a poor menu selection and the most uncomfortable bed(hard as). The staff are very very good and made every effort to make our stay as pleasant as they could. I don't like writing negative feedback but really dislike false advertising

Relaxing oasis off Jl Legian .

Really enjoyed our stay, nicely spaced out rooms, meticulously clean, linen spot on. The pool just amazing, a beautiful view and even better to swim in. The setting magic at night. The staff all so friendly and helpful, just lovely people. I was sad to leave. Will definitely be going back again and again.

Highly recommended & thoroughly enjoyed my stay

The pool is literally outside your apartment if you’re on the ground floor. It’s not at all huge so not overrun with crowds of people in the pool or walking around. Our rooms were cleaned daily with fresh linen. Staff were very friendly & helpful at all times. We had the free breakfast with plenty of really good varied options. Location is good for stall shopping, restaurants & bars. I really enjoyed my stay at The Niche Also there is a lovely lady who does laundry at a very reasonable price just outside the entrance on the right

Excellent location set back from the main road JL Legian so nice and quiet. Small friendly hotel with many return visitors. Rooms spacious and clean with daily room service. Lovely pool with plenty of sun lounges and swim up bar. Staff are wonderful, and being a smaller hotel, they all know your name. Breakfast is excellent.
