The room was nothing like the pictures—dirty, poorly maintained, with no privacy and an unclean wash

The room did not match the pictures and was extremely dirty, with broken flooring and a complete lack of privacy. The washroom was also very unclean. When it rained, water spread throughout the room. The pool was not well-maintained. The location is far too noisy and unsuitable for families, and the surrounding area felt unsafe due to unethical behaviour from local residents. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I was very unhappy with my experience and felt that I lost my money here. I checked in at 13:45 and checked out just a few hours later at 18:00—the same day—despite having come to Bali for a two-week stay. I felt completely disrespected by this unprofessional service and decided to move to another hotel. I raised my concerns with the hotel staff, but they refused to refund my payment.

I will stay again here. Good value for money and room is spacious and staff are lovely.

The room is spacious and clean with bath tub and the aircon works well plus hot water. The hotel is in the heart of Legian and very near the Legian beach and market also the shopping centre beach walk mall. Spacious room. Also the pool is huge and clean. The whole place is surprisingly quiet despite of being in the centre of Legian. Also, breakfast is included in our stay so it was lovely. Over all, I enjoyed my 3 nights stay. Will definitely recommend.

No bath mat in the toilet. The pool chairs need upgrading. The pool beds are very old and broken. And they do not offer or include milk in their coffee. But I didn’t ask for a bath mat or milk so maybe the guest can ask and they might provide.

Disappointing

Literally only the pool.

Room was decent size but filthy, spider webs, mould. Dirty shower/bathroom. I checked out a week before I had to because it was so filthy. I was happy to lose the money as they don’t do refunds, happy to get outta there. Do not recommend.

Easy access to shopping, bars and entertainment on Legian road . Comfortable air conditioned and wifi

The rooms were clean, the location was perfect to get a drink at night and the courtyard with the pool was perfectly private and relaxing.

There was no fridge coffee making facilities glasses cups staff didn't tell me on check in there was a safe and the door lock didn't work on the inside and more importantly no telephone in room to tell reception I was locked in

Overall it's always a good place to stay

Breakfast needs to be a bit better variety. Maybe some bacon baked beans some toast. Just put some bread and a toaster out in the breakfast area. Let customers cook there own toast. Put some baked beans and fresh cooked eggs. And definitely put some milk out I always had to ask for milk for my coffee. Not everyone likes rice dishes for breakfast.

Located in strategic area surrounded by bars, good resto, minimarket, clubs, beaches and you can even reach those places

the room building is very nice and unique with the touch of typical balinese architecture.

Bathroom is a bit dirty and seems like an old hotel even with a bath tub.
