Comfortable and convenient, extremely good value for money

It's located in a very convenient location, walking distance to the beach, Beachfront shopping center and the main street for restaurants and night life!

The lack of amenities like gym, games room, laundry, etc, this hotel only has a pool which is not a very big size one. There's a local laundry shop across the road.

For the budget traveller

This would make for a good stay if you are a solo traveller or couple on a budget. You get what you pay for, and so I guess reasonable for the price. ROOM Comfortable beds with a bathroom (separate toilet and shower), balcony, mini fridge, kettle & TV. Not much space but good enough. CLEANLINESS The room was clean when we checked in but we stayed 3 nights and it wasn't cleaned at all, we weren't given fresh towels either and those on offer didn't smell the best. We used our own towels. We had to move the bed to fit our baby cot in and it was clear that whoever did the cleaning clearly hadn't bothered to clean under the bed in decades. POOL Good size CAFE The hotel has a cafe attached to it. Hotel can have breakfast for 25k Indonesian Rupiah. Good deal and you get water, coffee, fruit bowl and then choose between toast, waffle or pancake. No baby chairs though. STAFF Happy to help but English is limited LOCATION Right in the heart of Kuta but with all it's one way streets bit of a pain to get to if using a taxi as the driver will need to go all around the block to get to the hotel, and that can add 15min to your journey. You can hear the nightlife quite easily so if you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. From the local karaoke talent to the live music and even the slingshot ride... you will be immersed in all the lovely night life sounds of Kuta Go if you are on a budget, but shop around!

So - so, but staff are great people. However absence of cleaning service is very sad

Really regret staying in Kuta, very dangerous area for ladies... Also facility has no cleaning services, which is really sad. However the staff themselves are cute, when we had a trouble with catcalling case, staff helped us out. However, do not recommend to stay for long, since there is no cleaning services. But good news: There were no lizards, and during Nyepi day they left wifi on

was an easy location to Kuta.

the air conditioner barely worked, the lights on the outside of the room shone right through in, the bass from the nightclub going all night, the fridge in the room didn’t work and the toilet barely flushed

Nothing this place is disgusting and to sell rooms to families have smell of urine and cigarettes is incredibly wrong.

First viewing this property you will notice it is long-term tenants this is not a place for people on holidays. The rooms around the pool were disgustingly filled with bottles and rubbish making the pool not welcoming to swim. We were upstairs before we got to our room we got hit with urine smell to see the room in front had a dog locked up and the smell was overwhelming. We spent 5 minutes in our room then left this was the worst place the smell of smoke was fresh and heavy with water stain on the room with the smell of damp and wet filled with a urine smell on top. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone it's beyond liveable.

Le petit déjeuner et la gentillesse des dames.

Le personnel n’est pas très accueillant. Le manager n’est pas du tout arrangeant. On a demandé à gardé notre chambre quelques heures en plus sachant que l’hôtel était encore disponible sur booking. Malgres que l’on soit avec 1 enfant il a refusé de nous laisser une chambre pour 5 juste pour prendre notre douche et laisser nos valise. Nous avons contenter d’ utiliser le local de service. Mes enfants ont dû cohabiter avec un lézard toute la nuit. L’hôtel est bruyant car la discothèque est à côté et nous a dérangé jusqu’à 4h du matin

La propreté de l’établissement était super et le personnels aussi. L’emplacement est idéale pour le début de votre séjour. Petit plus le Warung juste en face est plus que délicieux. Un grand merci 🫶

Alles riecht nicht angenehm und fühlt sich ziemlich unfrisch an. Das Personal hat Abends (teilweise mit den Gästen) Alkohol getrunken.

Er liepen mieren in de kamer, de nachtkastjes zaten vol met plakkerige zooi(denk glijmiddel) het beddengoed had vlekken en overal schimmel in de badkamer
