Swimming pool had loungers alaways avaliable. Downstairs road entry bar is 24 hours. I have stayed here previously and will very happily stay here again. Lovely shower water delivery and temperature. Buffet breakfast from 7am or even earlier finishes at 10am.

Great hotel to stay at for a long trip. We have stayed there for 10 days total. Breakfast has a big verity of food, the room is always clean, they have a very nice restaurant. Very close to Kuta beach, and close to all main locations. The only downside that we had was the wifi/connection issues. We stayed on the first floor, and the wifi only worked like 10% of the time, and our phones would show no service as soon as we get into the room.

The hotel has a major dust mite problem throughout the hotel. The nearby club plays loud music until 3:30 am in the morning thus I needed to use my ear plugs everyday. The breakfast is very good, it is located near the beach, the airport and Beachwalk Shopping Center, which is the biggest mall on Bali.

Reception staff Okta and Juni are always polite, nice. Security at the front of the hotel DO NOT help hotel guests cross the road safely. They are 2 guys and they just text or talk on their phones. Sadly, Agun from the Cafe has left...Agun was a very nice, professional and polite employee. Joel from reception and me had a misunderstanding at first BUT eventually he gave me a nice room, room 323 next to the Elevator as I have health issues. J4 hotels is a nice hotel in a great, central location. I will continue to be a J4 loyal customer forever..

cant fault the hotel its great stayed multiple times and will keep coming back, ive stayed in your standard rooms and your deluxe superior or something and the cheaper room air-conditioning is better than your expensive room. only down fall i besides the aircon i had was i wanted to get some laundry done i went down at 9am to ask about it but got told i wont get it back till around 10pm that evening when i can just go down street to the many vendors and have it done in 2-3 hours.

The staff was attentive: problem with safe send engineer in a few minutes, missing a towel or remote was fast for replacements. The only thing I could not get over was the poor wi-fi connection, but otherwise it was a good stay.

The property was fairly clean, but i did have to kill a couple of cockroaches. The shower flow was poor, but the hot water was constant. The staff were friendly. Conveniently located right on a busy strip with access to bars, restaurants and convenience stores. Even though I didn't give it 5 stars, I would still recommend this property.

For the price this hotel is reasonable. It's location is great and close to almost everything so walking distance to Poppies lanes, Kuta Beach, entertainment and access to taxis/scooters. The facilities do need some work though - the rooms need ventilation and it felt that the air con wasn't turned on for a while in my room. Buffet options are ok but they were cold even the hot food that was in warmers. On a busy day, it's hard to find plates and cutleries. Pool was a plus with a great view of Kuta and you'll get a lovely sunset as well from the pool deck.

The property as a whole felt very run down. Our room wasn’t the cleanest and the walls are very very thin. In addition you can hear music going on until early hours of the morning. As a whole being a female traveller I just didn’t feel very safe in the room.

J4 Hotel is good value for money. The room is what is expected of a 3.5 star hotel. The public areas like the lobby, the walkways are a bit worn out. The staff are very helpful, friendly and very professional. Its proximity to nightlife, Jalan Poppies II and Kuta beach makes it a perfect hotel to stay in for those who wants to be close to everything.

I could’ve looked past the dirt stained walls, the corner stained bedding, and even the mold in the bathroom shower, but I drew the line at being woken up by a cockroach crawling up my arm. And then being surprised by another 3 of its friends in the bathroom and a bigger one on the wall by the bed. It was absolutely disgusting! I will most definitely not be coming back

The shower was in pretty bad shape - mainly just a single stream rather than a shower. The TV had no instructions. If I had been there longer than one night I would have been annoyed. The pillows are enormous. Too big. Quite hard to put your head on as they sit very high on the bed. Aside from that the breakfast was decent and the room fairly clean but just a little tired. I didn't pay a lot though so can't complain too much.

Stayed in the most expensive room they had overall room was nice , toilet was bad shower had 0 pressure , when we checked out the sheet on the bed had a stain on it and they charged 500,000 so $50 to pay for the sheet even knowing the bleach the sheet and re use it anyway , asked that $50 was steep they were so rude the food was so bad not appealing in look or taste “stay away from breakfast” you will thank me later toast with butter is the only eatable thing , would never go back , considering staying in the premier room was treated very poorly and also had no “free minibar” that was in the price and in the booking ….. stay elsewhere

I like everything this hotel offered. It has really good location. Near shops, restaurants and walking distance to the beach. I would say this hotel might not be suitable for family traveling with children as the noise from the night clubs nearby wont stop until 4 AM in the morning. Even thought the window is double glazed, you still can hear the music from your room. I would recommend to bring ear plugs if you cant sleep with noise.

Decent hotel right next to SkyGarden Bali (if you don't like noise and want to sleep, this may not be the place for you). It's very convenient if you're a night owl. Everything was nice and clean here. We enjoyed the breakfast and even dinner on the roof. Enjoyed my stay, would come back.
