Clean rooms, comfy bed, inside the hotel is quiet, curtains keep out the sunlight early in the morning, room Service, good pool.

Nightclubs and strip bar next door. Prostitution on the street at night. Turned into a different place at night. Booming music which impacted on ability to have a peaceful walk at night. The foyer is fantastic however, at night when those clubs open, it was unpleasant due to excessive noise

Room was nice, clean and great value for money. Facilities were good and staff were very helpful.

Noise was loud at night from other people staying, soundproofing could be the only issue needing improving for room.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it was very nice! A special thanks to Mr. Sugi, who is a very good and nice person. He is always very helpful and has fantastic behavior. We love coming back here!

The spa was good and affordable, and the staff were kind and caring. The hotel was a good price and they were able to easily extend my stay when my plans changed. Air conditioning in the room was excellent and the wifi was reliable and I was able to work effectively while I was away.

It wasn't amazing and it was hard for me to put my finger on what it was, exactly, that felt off - the room felt very basic and humid, none of my clothes would dry despite how long they were laid out or hung up - there were tiny water bottles provided for drinking and the area was quite confronting - While the room was well insulated for outside noise for the staggeringly loud nightclub next door, the inside noise was really poorly contained and I slept poorly from noises of people just going though the hallway. Bed was ok, but I did miss the lack of a chair and somewhere to put my clothes. The breakfast was the thing that surprised me the most - while they worked hard to provide many options, nothing was at all appealing - I didn't think of myself as a fussy eater, but I struggled to find more than a few squares of watermelon or a spoon of steamed rice that I wanted to actually eat each day, and after a few days I just skipped it entirely. Staggeringly humid in the elevators as well, and my card stopped working a few times and I needed to return to the desk to have it reactivated.
