Poor cleanliness Old, damaged furniture Cockroaches, lizards, rats .. It is the worst place i have ever seen.. don’t get deceived by pictures…

No vuelvo. Llegamos y no tenían nuestra habitación

Habitación cómoda. Agua caliente

Llegamos y nos dijeron que nuestra habitación (con ventilador) no estaba disponible. Que tenían todo reservado. Nosotros ya íbamos pagado y reservado hace meses. Nos quería dar una habitación con aire acondicionado y pagar la diferencia. Obviamente no queríamos. Queríamos nuestra Habitación. Estuvimos esperando como 1 hora. Cuando finalmente nos terminan dando la habitación con aire llevándose el control remoto y trayendo un ventilador. Lo que podrían haber hecho desde un principio porque el error de sobre alquilar fue de ellos. Pasamos un mal momento. Nos hicieron perder tiempo cuando solo teníamos un día en kuta.
