Harper Kuta Hotel by ASTON

It is so close to the main bars and clubs in Legian but is lovely and quiet/relaxed

There was some building work going on but only during the day and I benefitted from a newly-refurbished room

Location at crowded street legian. Breakfast buffet is good

Local men who sit too long on the site of the pool, i saw this daily, the same hang-around local men🥲 From the morning til late at night, are they gangsters? Reception people also didn’t do anything about it. Hallways need to be renovated. At basement of parking place, lots of stuff everywhere, looks like a storage,

The room was spacious

Restaurant , did not open for dinner till late, when we went to order Japanese night ( after flyer was left in our room to advertise ) our first order could not be completed as no food to make the meal then we ordered different items and these were unable to be ordered as no ingredients? Why leave a pamphlet advertising a menu u cant prepare, also breakfast food was always cold , we tried to turn up elements but sadly did not help

The staff where friendly and welcoming,

The fact that upon arrival our bed cover had brown marks which looked like blood or maybe chocolate. The staff came and quickly changed the bed cover. The following day after room clean one of the replaced towels had brown stains also.
