Omg hands down the most comfortable bed and pillows I have EVER slept on! Spotlessly clean, huge rooms. Free cold water in the hallways to top up your bottles. Just great!

Sometimes it was really loud from other guests. Soundproofing would be awesome there.

The breakfast was great and location was good however there does appear to be a lot closing down close by.

For what you get it was over priced for Bali accomodation. The beds are hard we stayed during a reasonably cool period lucky for us,as the aircon didn’t get really cold. We booked pool access room and while the other apartments had comfy outdoor seating these rooms did not. You had constant plumbing noises from I assume the above rooms. The pool had a very loud suction noise as though pool was lacking water on some occasions. one night in particular it went until about 2 in the morning. The fridges are NOT fridges I wouldn’t even say they are coolers our milk went off, it was open for coffee first morning stored in the “fridge” and second day it was sour. The pool doors don’t seal properly so the mosquitos were able to get in. We got a floor mat and a towel each no hand towel or flannels obviously the last bit is being overly picky but was just an extra bit to add to the dissapointment. Definitely overpriced for what you get

Room was nice and so was the buffet breakfast.

Well they are doing renovations and it’s so noisey during the day. You couldn’t relax by the pool in the room as the jackhammers were going all day and they were also working till 8pm at night. Also the pool temperature is freezing.

Not enough food for breakfast or cutlery or tables for groups bigger than 6. Ground floor can hear everything in restaurant.

Location - it was close to where we wanted to go. Breakfast - the potato wedges were nice. The staff - friendly and helpful

Where do I start? We originally booked a twin share room, confirmed via email with two separate beds. When we were given our room, the bed was a king. When we mentioned this, we were told that the hotel was fully booked, and we could not change rooms. We were able to change rooms the following day. In this same 1st room, the door handle fell off the door into my hand - the grub screw was missing (easily fixed, but the inconvenience was frustrating). In the 2nd room, the air conditioner tripped 3 separate times while we were there. The 2nd time it happened, I asked the repair guy if he would change the fuse, he said yes, but this did not happen. The safe did not work either. Yes, it was fixed straight away, but the further inconvenience of this after we had to change rooms didn't add to a positive experience. We had purchased drinks to keep in the fridge and drink at our leisure. Let me just say that our drinks would have stayed colder out of the fridge as the air-conditioned room was cooler than the fridge. On the day we arrived, it had been raining. The rain was coming through the ceiling in the lobby near the lifts (I suspect this may have contributed to the air conditioning tripping). The public toilets in the same area were filthy and smelly. The toilets did not flush. The breakfast foods which were supposed to be hot, were cold. One day at breakfast, a tourist group took up all the tables (which is ok) but not only did they overfill their plates, but they also filled take away containers and took them away with them leaving other patrons without food. Nothing seemed to be done about this. The shower would often flood onto the floor for the bathroom wetting the floor mat if it was left too close. The pool area was not inviting or relaxing. There was a lack of lounge chairs around the pool area. Unlike the photos on the website.

Close to bars , and fairly noisey on an evening , better if it had a gym , I wasn’t a fan of Kuta

It was an overall very positive experience with very friendly staff and a spacious and clean room and bathroom.

No hand towels. Only big ones for showering.

You need to change the advert on this property . Constant noise from work within the hotel , and no proper security within the hotel as guests about 15 of them make as much noise as they want at 3 am. Won’t stay here again place needs a refurb but not while you stay here. Also had people knocking on my door at 4 am

Guaranteed best stay in the area. We had stayed in various hotels in Bali, some good, some great, this one is the perfect 10. Totally worth its rate. If you can afford it and dont want experiments, look no further, this is the one.

We stayed at Harper Kuta Hotel by ASTON for the third time, and once again, everything was great! The staff are just amazing — super friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, even with things that go beyond their responsibilities. You really feel that they care about making your stay as comfortable as possible. Our room was cleaned daily, which was a lovely touch. It had everything we needed: air conditioning, TV, mini-bar, bathroom essentials, and a big comfy bed. The location is perfect — just a short walk to Kuta Beach and a shopping mall, so there's always something to do. Since the hotel is right on Legian Street, it's easy to get around by taxi or motorbike. A really nice surprise was a complimentary one-hour spa session from the hotel. It was such a relaxing experience — definitely recommend checking it out! Overall, Harper Kuta is a fantastic place not only for short stays but also for longer ones. They know how to create a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

The breakfast food was delicious & they also provide halal food. The hotel staffs were warm & friendly, the hotel was located a little bit inside from the main road so it was peaceful at night & offers privacy. Hotel design was very beautiful, pool & room were very clean. Overall we were extremely satisfied.

There is bad traffic on the whole strait of the road leading to the hotel. Aircond & shower had a little bit leaking.

- very friendly and professional staff. We had a lot of nice smalltalk with Dewi, who was very kind and always gave us the feeling to be welcome. - very nice pool with decent background music - good breakfast - spacious room with bath en suite

- Due to the location (nightclubs on the main street) it can be noisy at night. But that’s not the fault of the Hotel - some places in the hotel are a bit outdated and need some renovations (e.g. some loose tiles in the pool)
