No Fridge, No Kettle, Toilet broken and seat disgustingly stained, linen was supposed to be white was grey stained. bottled water only supplied if you chased it down.

LOCATION, FACILITIES, GOOD STAFF

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very strategic and convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Everything was within reach, which made the trip so much more enjoyable. The facilities are excellent and well-maintained. The swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights — clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. What truly stood out was the staff. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcomed and comfortable from check-in to check-out. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service. I would definitely stay here again

I would like to suggest a few areas for improvement to enhance the overall guest experience. Firstly, there was no hot water available in the shower, which was quite inconvenient, especially after a long day. Ensuring a consistent hot water supply would greatly improve comfort for guests. Secondly, the pillows provided were too soft and lacked proper support. Offering different pillow options (soft and firm) could help cater to guests’ preferences and improve sleep quality. Lastly, the food served was not halal. It would be helpful if the hotel could clearly indicate halal options or consider providing halal-certified meals to accommodate Muslim guests. With some improvements in these areas, I believe the hotel can provide an even better and more comfortable experience for future guests.

A secluded paradise in a very busy Kuta

We have found paradise. Just off the main road, with little to no sound from traffic. The reception was large and beautiful furnished, then the garden with the pool is as if you find yourself in a botanical garden. The rooms are large and plenty of space to put your luggage. Comfortable bed and large bathroom. All the staff was friendly and helpful

The location

The ground around the pool was burning hot and burnt my daughter’s foot when she went to put her feet in the pool. The room smelled really bad from the bathroom. Staff were rude and the owner was condescending. Hotel is run down

A decent and affordable place for a short stay, with great location and staff, but the rooms could use some upgrades.

The location was great and very convenient. The price was reasonable for the area, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Suitable for a short stay.

There was a foul smell coming from the bathroom, and some of the bathroom fixtures and the room itself felt quite old. There was also no kettle inside the room. These areas could be improved.

Terrible place to visit

There was nothing to like

No facilities in room ie. No telephone to reach staff, no wardrobe, no safe, no cups or glasses, no kettle. No ladder or steps to get in or out of pool and although it said dining room and their wasn't. Left after one night without any refund.

It was neither here nor there. Not particularly bad but definitely not particularly good!

Location was excellent. Close to all that matters in Legian

Cleanliness was well below par. Bathrooms really needed a proper clean, floors definitely needed a good solid wash. No tissues, poor quality towels, no proper pool towels, no security box for important papers. Poor maintenance. No power in I set of rooms for almost an entire day, with no work done to make it better for anyone in that block.

It was well maintained and the staff were wonderful here, they had a water machine which was really nice and the pool was clean. The room we booked looked exactly like the picture

I stay here many times. Went to check into my room tonight and the bathroom smelt repulsive. I asked to change rooms or receive refunds. They said they could do neither. Now I am moving hotels and will have to pay for 3 nights again. Staff member seemed too not care at alll. Very poor service, especially for a repeat customer. I used to stay here every two weeks on my time off work. Never ever again. I’ll never stay here again

A nice place to stay for the budget conscious

The property grounds were very pretty, and the staff do a wonderful job keeping it clean.

The maintenance, made it really hard to relax starting at 8am till 9:30 at night we had to ask them politely if they could stop, as the hotel had a lot of families staying. Maybe let’s guest know upon checking in so they can make that decision to stay :). The pool area was lovely and plenty of sunbeada to share I didnt particularly like the area of the hotel but that is a personal preference we still had an amazing time

Staff are very helpful, especially when the airline cancelled our flight at 1.30 AM. We returned to the hotel and were given our room back, so we could get some sleep. Staff very helpful here. The pool is also nice and is about 1.6-1.7m deep with a shallower kids pool to the side. Considering the location its surprisingly quiet, being set back from Legian Road about 40-50 metres.

Our room could have been a bit lighter (no windows, ground floor) and the electrical lighting was a bit average. Bathroom smelled intensely of cleaner/"carbol". Showers are HOT - scaldingly hot. Be warned - especially with kids. Pillows a bit tired and could be upgraded

Only 1 socket in the whole room, another 1 in the toilet…only 1 dustbin in the toilet, none in the room

I liked the location of the hotel, good price. Pool was great.

The pillows were atrocious. No house keeping for the whole 9 days, no daily water, I had to pay extra to have the room with a refrigerator. No kettle. But I suppose you get what you pay for. Very average service.

Friendly staff, little bit unorganised though and beautiful garden.

The rooms are not nice at all, very old, bad smell and the mattresses are disgusting. It’s too expensive for what they offer.

The pool great! As well the location and the room really confortable.

The staff working there wanted me to pay the double of price for my stay. I told then the price that I booked in booking.com and he said ok. So get sure of checking the price before paying in the reception.... As well there were a few locals living there speaking really loud at night which annoyed me as I wanted to sleep
