Great location with access to most things.

The location is great! It is near the shopping mall and there are plenty of eateries and even a food court. A short walk to the beach and supermarket.

The breakfast area is not exclusive. The coffee is bad. Getting to the hotel by car was a hassle as there was traffic jam and many security checks.

The staff is very friendly and smiley, the room was good with a nice vibe and they cleaned it every day. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety of food types. Internet connection is very fast.

There are some ants in the room and there are no good noise cancellations between rooms ( we can hear the TV of our neighbors).

Good hotel, right in the middle of Kuta centre

Hotel is clean, good breakfast (very abundant) and right in the middle of Beachwalk Mall, perfect for shopping and eating. Also just right across Kuta beach.

For the price you pay for this room, everything is ok.

Location matters specially when you are travelling to spend vacations. Kuta beach hotel is one of the best location on the beach with excess to Super mall.

The breakfast was good but we Pakistani need some spices with garlic and ginger to smell good.

Kuta gem hotel! Location, location, location!!

We loved the location, it was across from the beach and part of the mall. The room was nice and it was quiet. We also did laundry service and it was quick and affordable. We also used the transport service for our very early flight to the airport.

The food and Location 100%. The room and its facilities were excellent. Apart from the bed, it was hard and not at all comfortable. Much of the staff were not experienced in the role that they are in, which goes for the Manager as well check in was 2.00 we arrived at 2.30 to be told the room was not ready for us, the assistant that checkt us in had truble with the credit card after three attempts ask the nexk girl only to be told she had inserted the card the wrong way round The only explnation I got from the Manager we are BUSY no appoligiss as I said to him that's not my problem, that your busy not a very poitive service

Perfect location. Close to Beach walk shopping centre, beach. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice interconnected rooms to stay with kids.

Great location with mall & beach super close by. Comfy sized rooms, clean with good amenities (no mini fridge was the one inconvenience). Wonderful helpful friendly staff.

The hotel walls are thin. Constantly hearing corridor noise, footsteps upstairs. Also had active neighbours who stayed up talking late into the night which was rather annoying.

Breakfast varied day to day. Staff always asked if there anything else that was wanted. Staff always called me by name but maybe cause my stay was for 30 nights. Beach review has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel.

The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped, offering great comfort throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet – a wide and generous selection that caters to all tastes. Whether you’re into local dishes or western options, there’s something for everyone! The location is just perfect: the hotel is inside a modern mall, which gives direct access to shops, cafes, and restaurants without even stepping outside. It’s also only a 3-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the heart of Kuta, making it ideal for exploring the area on foot. We highly recommend this hotel to any young couple looking for a stylish, well-located stay with great service and a friendly team. Would definitely come back again!

Location is great.

Location is great. Minutes away from Kuta beach. Next to a mall. It was easy to buy whatever I needed. Room was clean. Some rooms are quieter than others.

I requested a quieter room when check-in. The room I was given is facing a concert stage of the mall. There were some activities going on very night during my stay. It was very very loud. I had to ask to move to a quieter room. Staff gave me a new room. I wished I was given the quieter room to begin with.

The location of it being at the mall and close to the airport makes it a no thinker to stay here before your travel day at least one day. Also super close to the beach.

The problem is when the mall closes you have to go all around the mall to reach the Main Street. Also the rooms were a bit small but it suits the concept of a mall hotel.

A fantastic find. Super for everybody, especially families and solo travelers.

All the cornerstones of a good property were met, cleanliness, good service, quality food. The location was ideal. If you wanted to walk to the beach, it was just down a little private drive. I didn’t have time nor did I want to go to the beach. I didn’t have to leave the hotel for good food. The restaurant makes delicious food and the breakfast buffet is perfect for everyone. The cleanliness of the property was exemplary. Friendliness and attentiveness of the staff is five star.

Great value property, clean and great breakfast

Yello was very clean, lots of nice touches like toothbrush, body wash, shampoo, slippers etc… the breakfast options were so varied and fresh. They were also amazing in terms of creating us breakfast boxes on the two days we had early trips. Staff were very attentive and always greeted you with “yello”.

The location was good but it was also difficult to get back to once the shopping mall had closed so meant walking along the roads to get there and a longer way around.

Would reccommend!

Location was perfect, right in the middle of shopping centre and the centre of Kuta. The facilities were amazing for the price and rooms were placed right next to each other which was very convenient as a family. Room was very clean too and we did appreciate the bathroom amenities.

Only negative aspect was that the connecting door between our 2 rooms was locked, however I'm sure if we contacted reception about this then they would've been able to solve it.

Breakfast buffet is the best thing about the whole hotel. Excellent choice and service, great chefs.

Noise from music in hallway. Thin walls between rooms. Left my shorts to dry out in the garden but they got taken and couldn't be found. Gardener near room affects privacy.
