Premises kept very tidy and staff friendly and accommodating
Didn't like the room we were first put in. Air con didn't work, the room was too small and we were taken up the back stairs in the dark. It was quickly rectified to a ground floor larger room.

Love that I am close to beach, shopping, restaurants, and also a back lane entrance that has a great laundry, shop to buy my Coke Zero and quicker access to Poppies I

Amazing hotel tucked away just 5 minutes away from kuta beach. Really central to everything! Room was pleasant and the pool was perfect, great place to catch a tan. Will definitely return!
