Good location, lovely stay!

There were two swimming pools which was nice and a pool bar that you could use while inside the swimming pool. Location was good, very close to the beach, shopping mall a few minutes walk away and restaurants nearby. The room and bathroom was clean. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast had a good selection of cereal, fruit, pancakes, eggs made to order etc!

Staff are very friendly and accomodating room location was excellent the hotel location is centralised to my needs the swim up bar met my needs overall had a great holiday

First we stayed in standard room which is bit far away from the entrance. standard room size is extremely small due to too many furniture. We kept getting hurt in our legs due to edges of the bed sticking out. Toilets are passable. We moved to cottage after 2 nights and that was much better.

This is an excellent hotel for tourists in Kuta with all the facilities.

Location of the hotel is very convenient. Kuta beach is hardly 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff are extremely helpful and well behaved. There is very good restaurant and bar serving continental and Balinese food. Live music on Wednesday and Sunday. A big swimming pool with a bar is available. The property is very well kept with beautiful trees, shrubs, flowers and statues. The property is surrounded by tourists shops, restaurants and money exchange. This hotel has an authorised money exchange. Breakfast is very good. There

Sattriya is a very comfortable place to stay but location lets it down.

Breakfast was good and plentiful. Sunken bar at pool was a nice take and the pool was quite large. The hotel restaurant was quite good.

The area. I much prefer Legian/Seminyak as a place to stay.

Tranquility in the madness of Kuta.

The restaurant and bar were good value. Pool and swim up bar very popular. In the midfle of Kuta however quiet and peaceful. Ou driver was friendly and reception staff very welcoming.

Lots of cute garden cottages in photos. We ended up on the third floor with no lift in a tired building 100 metres out the back. Usually stay around Garlic lane which has chemists and money changers both of which lacking in poppies II

This property should be 2 stars at best. Very disappointing and poor value.

The pool area is nice and the cottages at the front of the property look nice.

To old second building where our room was should be 2 stars at best - it is in very poor condition. The building and room are very old and in terrible condition. The balcony was too small to sit on or use in any way. The beds were so noisy you cannot even roll over without waking the other person. For a similar price there are way better options in the area like Adi Dharma.

Great for a one and done.

The location was cool. Literally down the block from the beach and next to several restaurants and shops

The rooms were a bit outdated and had a lingering smell - like mildew or even cat. There were several cats on the property. And the old school key with the humongous hotel keychain was a bother to carry. Also the included breakfast was a very basic American style buffet. The omelette and pancake sever was rude and was burning the food. I only at the complimentary breakfast one day. I chose to go pay after the horrible service and basic food

Awesome place to stay . Very good value. The pools were spot on and not crowded. The restaurant was great value and the food was very good. Nice a quiet, yet close to all things like beach and bars . Highly recommended. Beautiful gardens. Be a great place for children too . Pool is very deep, but has a shallow pool for little ones too . Amazing pool bar to sit at .

Only one thing really what’s not a big problem. The water pressure in the shower was a little low . But all in all very manageable if showering at off peak times .
