Clean rooms, friendly staff and not to noisy.

We are regular visitors here. Its clean, quiet and staff are friendly. Not to far to local eateries, coffee shops or the beach.

A little bit of renovations going on at the moment but it didn't bother us.

Great value in the heart of Kuta

Recently renovated comfy rooms with good aircon, smart tv and balcony\ patio. I stay here often and love the location in the back streets of Kuta although people with mobility issues might find the streets difficult to navigate on foot. Friendly and helpful staff. Best value hotel I have found in Kuta\ Legian area after many years visiting Bali. Deluxe rooms are worth the few extra dollars over the standard\ superior rooms.

Nothing much. The pool is a little small and too warm but that's not a deal breaker for me. It might be for others.

Great value and location!

The hotel has a beautiful traditional courtyard with pagodas, which makes it quiet from the outside noise. My standard room on 3rd floor was pretty big with a high ceiling, a balcony and it had a refrigerator, a full mirror and AC. The bed was comfortable, no mosquitos, great wifi. The bathroom was not modern, but functional and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great value and location.

Although the hotel informed the guests about the construction in advance, I need to mention it. There was not much bum—bum noise, but sawing noise. I would recommend to add reading light, as the room was dark for reading.

Unexpected gem in the busiest of streets. Calm, peaceful and our stay was absolutely wonderful.

Location was awesome. So close to everything. Beautiful Balinese style inn. Lots of authentic touches to the buildings. I was captivated by the buildings. We stayed on the ground floor right by the entrance but we barely heard the hustle and bustle from the busy street. Great warungs and coffee shops in close proximity. The pool was sublime. Clean, sparkling and refreshing. Breakfast was sufficient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean comfortable. Lovely little terrace to enjoy the evening atmosphere.Added extras like toothpaste, toothbrushes and slippers. Fridge kept the Bintangs ice cold. Aircon was in perfect working condition. All in all. Suka Inn exceeded my expectations. For the price per…it is value for money.

Will stay again next time

We booked a room for the day as we had a late flight that night. We used the pool, which was nice and clean. The room was also clean. If i was to travel to bali again I would not hesitate to stay here.

I didn't like anything. I thought it was a great place, great people, great location. The furniture was a little outdated but was not fussed, also the shower; there was no drain in the shower itself, it was on the other side of the toilet so the whole room was wet.

Lovely Balinese complex with newly renovated rooms and lovely gardens. Pool was small but well maintained with nice sun beds and umbrellas. Property was very clean and the dining area was very well presented

We didn’t enjoy the buffet breakfast on offer as much as we have at other properties. Unfortunately the complex is currently undergoing renovations which detracted from the overall ambience however the noise was kept at a minimum. No pool towels provided

Scammers

Tried to charge me 1 million rupiah for a small period blood mark in one of the sheets because apparently it would not be able to be washed out. I went back up to the room and with a bit of water and body wash was able to very quickly remove the stain myself. Ruined our time there

Okay, but with caveats

-Large room and spacious balcony (although no sun all day for this room). -Good A/C. -Good value for money. -Great location if you want to stay in Kuta. Plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and the beach a short walk away.

-Terrible WiFi, unable to even do basic things. Ended up spending lots buying extra data. Mentioned the WiFi speed to staff but issue was ignored. -Very thin walls, could hear everything. -Loud construction under my room for one of the days. -Breakfast was affordable but wasn't great. -Shower was good but temperature hard to control, would go from pleasant to extremely hot, be careful. -This room lacked sunlight and small windows, so it was rather dark.

The room had an intense smell of paint, which made it hard to sleep. No Wi-Fi connection in the room, no bin, and no ramp at reception – we had to carry our luggage up the stairs.

For $35 a night, Suka Beach Inn was great value for money. I was worried for that price, something would go wrong but the staff, location, accessibility and accommodation were great.

It’s $35 a night, so the rooms aren’t immaculate. But they exceeded my expectations nonetheless

Noise levels too high. If you are a guest, please show some consideration for other guests. Keep your voice and music down. To hotel management: please tell the families to also keep it down. I understand it's their home but guests also deserve tranquility.

Overall great value for the money

Hotel is suuuuper pretty!! Pool area is very nice. Room was spacious and clean. Location is perfect, walking distance to many stores and restaurants while still very quiet.

WC could use a revamp: ceiling was falling, shower head didn't work well and we saw 2 small cockroachs at different times. No natural light since windows had no glass.

If you are a Shopaholic.....

The hotel is massive and there are several buildings. If you want to explore beachwalk shopping mall, and nearby small shops, this is the right stay. My stay was hassle free and they helped me check in early. The toilets are clean, with hot and cold water facilities. There is a safe, fridge, storage cabinet, TV and a terrace with seating.

The hotel was in a good location and the rooms were large and comfortable. The building is authentic and the pool is nice. There is currently building work going on at this hotel so a lot of noise. The breakfast was very average and you were limited to one egg per guest!
