Loved the roof top pool view. The staff were friendly. The location great.
The pillows were very uncomfortable and we were told we were upgraded to level 2. I booked level 1 for the patio and no stairs. The upgraded room only had one chair on balcony and no table where as my original booking had 2 chairs and a table. I would have liked the staff to ask before doing this. I didn’t question it afterwards as we didn’t want to offend.

The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping areas nearby. All the staff were also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

We had a great stay at Mercure Kuta, we have been extremely well greeted by the staff especially Mrs. Inten.
The room was clean, confortable with a balcony offering the greatest view on the ocean.
The hotel got a breakfast buffet with lots of tasty choices both local and continental.
The ameities include a pool with the view on the ocean.

Comfy bed, opposite beach, close to coffee shops and restaurants.
No desk and chair, no natural light in the room, no power outlet in the bathroom, insufficient shelving or storage space, mould in the bathroom, no cushions for the pool lounge chairs, no towel rail, cigarette buts in the patio area, rain shower flooded the bathroom floor, no bum gun with the toilet, no extractor fan in bathroom, do I need to continue?
