It was ok, If it was for more than 2 nights, I would have requested to change as they may be quieter

The breakfast was really good! Coffee was great one morning, not good the next, comes down to the barista.

The room itself was ok but the noise of the airconditioner and the other rooms electrical noise was so loud. I couldn't sleep until we got ear plugs. It was so loud. Even talking to each other in normal voices wasn't ok. Had to speak really loud over the constant noise.

We loved relaxing at the roof top pool, wat hung sunsets after busy days exploring Kuta

Rooms were a good size, clean and the beds were comfortable. Location is amazing for watching the sunset from the rooftop pool and a short walk to Poppies lanes and the beachwalk shopping centre

Probably great for younger people that want to party. Not great for families with young children.

The infinity pool. The sound of the waves at 3am when the street noise finally calms down.

The location is quite central to everything you need in Kuta but it’s not great for families. Fireworks are let off on Kuta beach every night until after 12. The street noise Carrie’s through the hall ways. It’s a very busy road. The price for what was received is really not worth it for families.

Great location and friendly staff right on Kuta Beach

I really enjoyed my stay at Mercure Kuta Bali. The location is excellent, right in front of Kuta Beach and very close to shops, restaurants, and shopping malls. The hotel facilities are well maintained, the pool area is lovely, and the atmosphere is relaxing despite being in a busy area. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall it felt safe and well organized. A very good option for travelers who want comfort, good service, and a strategic location in Kuta.

The only downside was that the area around the hotel can be quite busy and noisy at times, especially during peak hours, which is understandable given the central location. Additionally, some areas of the room could benefit from small updates, but nothing that significantly affected the overall comfort of the stay.

Good location

Property fails (in our eyes) to live up to a four star hotel standard. There was black mould lining the curtains of our first room and a strong damp smell, so we asked to move which they accommodated. The second room still had a lingering damp smell to it, sheets looked stained. Won’t be coming back.

Disappointing, I expected more and thought I would receive far more.

The roof top pool was exceptional, the view was amazing.

We had to unload our bags, there should have been someone to meet us. The vanity in the bathroom is tiny, you have no where to put any goods around a huge, unnecessary sink, I expect a smart TV, not the 90's small selection of local TV stations. Breakfast - we had to ask where that was and I am sorry, but no bacon, ridiculous, I have to remember being caucasian that I am not their main customer, the asian variety is.

Disappointing

The noise in the room was really really high, couldn’t sleep without earplugs. The room looked old. The staff from the reception were very unhelpful when we asked for help about shuttle to the airport. Not worth the money at all. There are many other places a lot cheaper than this one and a lot better. Never coming back, and of course not recommending this place to anyone.

Our stay was a beautiful

Very clean Hotel, Nice room (Ocean View Room). Staff’s very friendly and supportive as well. They remembered even our name. I recommend everyone to stay on this hotel and to try the Ocean View Room with balcony.

Worth every $. We Will be back. Location - All staff - room - cleanliness were truly worth the stay.

The staff (concierge, security at the front gate , Cleaners, food staff, the gentleman carving on the 4th floor, the pool guys, all staff) were so welcoming, and attentive. The room - was clean, perfect size - aesthetically appeasing and was worth the $ we paid. The staff even went a step further to add extra touches for our special occasion which was so lovely. I think it would be nice to have more selection of western foods for the breakfast buffet, if I I had to give any sort of feedback, BUT the food available for the buffet was still very fresh and delicious. Since being back In Australia, we are working out our dates to come back and we’ll be re-booking with Mercure, AGAIN ☺️

Will recommend for everyone, best service ever!

The location is prime, literally 3min walk to the beach and you can access the amazing sea view any time of the day. On top of that, the pool in the hotel is also very well maintained and in very good condition. The location was very convenient yet not noisy at all. Room was very clean and comfy, it is everything you need for a vacation. I'd like to give a kudos to the amazing staff here. I got my stuff stolen on the beach (NOT in the hotel and definitely NOT the hotel's responsibility), and all the staff here were super compassionate and extremely helpful and tried their best to assist me and even went to the police with me. EVERYONE from the manager to the receptionist and the security supervisor all spent a huge chunk of their time helping us solve the problem and doing the translation. I was devastated when I realized both my phone and ID was gone, but having the help of the staff really made my day a lot better and I will never forget the amazing people I met here in the hotel in Bali.

Great location with an excellent, quiet restaurant away from the hustle. 25 minutes to the airport

Location and the staff were wonderful. My first night I wandered onto the main drag to find somewhere for dinner. I returned to the empty restaurant at the hotel and the food was amazing. I think your restaurant is under marketed. I had all my meals there for my short stay. Loved the window view to the ocean past the pool. A great location particular for wanting to do the beach walk early in the morning. 12km return with stops for stretching and watching the locals setup their business for the day.

A quick polish on the vanity faucet where you turn it on. The entry doors to the room are not very soundproof.

My stay was truly delightful, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future

I loved the warm hospitality that has remained the same even after 20 years. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Kuta with the beach just across the road and the Beachwalk Mall nearby, plus the breakfast buffet spread was a nice way to start each day. The staff’s friendliness and consistent quality made my stay truly comfortable.

Location and pleasant staff.

The air con kept leaking down and we had to put towels and a bucket down ! Reception pm stager need to m ow the system better and speak better English . Shower head was calcified and sprayed everywhere.
