I liked the location & the facilities.
The swimming pool was very cool,lots of options for kids at pool
We felt the buffet breakfast was very poor compared to other places we have stayed in Bali.
There is a day rate charge per head for kids which we feel should be included for paying guests considering price of rooms
We also had a poor check in where we were early & told we would be contacted when room was ready but no person contacted us to let us know.

The pool and the breakfast were great
Very busy, smelly room, food and drink more expensive than elsewhere. Service in the Hard Rock Cafe was poor.
