Location great, comfortable bedding, pools and staff were fantastic. Loved the breakfast and loved looking to the ocean while eating breakfast. Shower was fantastic as well.
Did not affect my stay, but Rooms were a little bit tired and aircon a little noisy.

Rooms were clean
Staff weren’t very helpful if you had to ask for something it was a bit of an effort which for Bali is very unusual

The location was fantastic with the beach and shopping very close by.
We had paid for a sea view and the first room that was given us, you could barely see the ocean. We mentioned this and the upgraded us to a room with an amazing view.
