The pool and bar was a great spot to relax in the afternoon. Buffet breakfast was great also

Directly out the front are groups of people constantly trying to sell drugs to people leaving the hotel for the day or returning. In view of hotel security. Being with my son did not deter them. Very annoying

Comfortable big beds, good breakfast, perfect location and it was great that checkout was at 12pm. Staff were also lovely.

Fabulous Resort, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, gardens lovely and it was so good having 3 swimming pools. The food and drinks were great too!

The first night we stayed out mattress was hard as a rock due to being upside down. No other issues.

Great stay in Kuta

If you want a hotel in Kuta this is it! Well priced and close to everything. Has 3 pools and o er looks the ocean. It’s an older hotel but they are slowly updating rooms and areas.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were really pleased with our stay. The room was a decent size and the pool was very good. We also enjoyed the variety of breakfast. The room was really clean.

Hands down our favourite resort

Second time staying at Truntum and I will continue to stay there everytime I go to Bali. Amazing location. It has everything inside the resort as well. The staff go above and beyond, you feel like royalty. Perfect for families with children. 10/10

The hotel is amazing, very relaxing, amazing breakfast and great pools.

Staff are amazing and very extremely friendly, they try their best every single day. The greenery within the hotel is beautiful and well kept, adds a lot to the hotels aesthetic. Has lots of pools to choose from so that if one’s too busy you can choose a quieter one. The hotels in a good location and aircon in the rooms is amazing after spending time out in the heat all day. It has to be restated that the staff are really really amazing, from the money exchange lady to every single other staff member they are so so polite and always happy when you see them.

The hotel is starting to look a bit old, there’s some bricks that are a bit loose, and within the bathroom the toilet seat was a bit loose. Which aren’t huge or in an important issues but it’s there. I think it just needs a renovation and then it would be even more amazing. Tried to play a game with room cleaning but they didn’t participate. Once again these negatives are really quite minor and it could just be my picky eye.
