Hands down the best hotel experience I have ever had. Natalie at breakfast was kind enough to write me a note. I was blown away by how sweet she was, and I will keep that note forever.
I got ill during my stay. Sean, the manager, sent someone to buy medicine and deliver it to my room. That goes beyond customer service to human kindness.
Those are just two specific examples among a plethora of wonderful experiences. Do yourself a favor and book a room here.
