Was disappointed that toilet paper could not be flushed meaning that when you clean yourself smelly dirty paper is put in open bucket next to toilet and shower then was told that I could empty or they would , the waste paper to a big green bin with lid, outside my room I understand that not all places have great drainage however this to me with my health conditions was not acceptable I left after one night extremely hard to find even with all the direction they sent to me , locals unaware of the hotel, signage obscured.

The location was good, near to the centre but far enough away to not be bothered by the noise.

The room wasn't anything like the pictures online. We was only using the room as a base and was going to travel for a few days, after 5 nights away our room still hadn't been cleaned and we was told it was because we hadn't asked for it to be done...... The room was so hot at night even with the fan and air con on.

Great location right in the center of Kuta Square. Just ok for a night, we spent 2 nights and i couldn’t wait to leave.

Rooms too hot, the AC doesn’t work well. They don’t clean everyday had to ask if they can at least change our towels. Laundry service not that good my clothes came back with stains.

Excellent place in heart of Kuta, Bali

The place is very well located in Kuta, Bali. The manager of the property Mr. Wanto is an amazing guy. I sought all possible help from him. He never disappoints you. He even give good deals on local transport and can easily plan your day. We even loved the well equipped kitchen and cooked food for ourselves. This place has good high speed wifi also.

Nothing as such, the only drawback I think is that it doesnot have a parking space though we were not affected by that, and also the room is cleaned every third day.

我觉得老板人真的很好，第一天入住到达时间很晚还在等我，最后一天我走的时候，我打车比他打车要贵很多，于是他就用他的手机帮我叫了车，然后我给司机现金，真的很用心了

住的附近很热闹，很多可以逛街吃饭的地方，离沙滩也不是很远

如果每个房间有晾衣架就更好了
