We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location is perfect—right in lively Kuta with direct access to the beach, making it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. There’s also the convenience of onsite currency exchange, which was really handy. The three swimming pools were a great bonus and never felt overcrowded. The highlight, though, was the buffet breakfast—absolutely unbeatable, with a huge variety and excellent quality. We’d definitely stay here again!

I have been coming to this wonderfully located property for several times now and will continue to do so. This time I paid for a "grand deluxe" instead of the usual "deluxe" and I was so sadly disappointed by the room that I asked to be downgraded to deluxe without a refund for the difference. But they were so fully booked that my only option was to upgrade to their executive suite. It was absolutely wonderful overlooking both Kelapa pool and the ocean. They gave me an excellent deal as a frequent guest thanks to lovely the Duty Manager (I think her name is Ibu Yani). Special mention to Receptionist Diah and the most wonderful pool and Cafe attendant Arta... they both remembered me and greeted me with "Welcome Back Ibu". How delightful for me as a solo traveller. I could not possibly consider another beach property near the airport as Truntum. Their breakfast spread is also something to look forward, especially on a table by the pool overlooking the crashing surf on the beach. Already looking forward to my next stay in a few months or so. Thank you team!
