Since I stayed only over night, I couldn't comment of any other things now.? May be next time.

Room & Location ..seems to be O.K. But the communication gap is a bit problem & Missing before my arrival. Nobody responded...to my call.? may be due to the Language...because, I cant understand the Indonesian Language..?

FANTASTIC

- Excellent location, - Near Airport, in Kuta centre in a calm small street - Receptionists and staff polite and friendly with a positive attitude towards guests - Room clean and large - All facilities worked well: tv, hot shower, AC - Beautiful garden with green vegetation and swimming pool - Excellent calm place, like an oasis - This hotel deserves high rating 10/10

- Room balcony door is made of wood and in daytime it covers the light, in the night room lighting is weak too

It's a walking distance from the waterboom, restaurants and the markets. The swimming pool and the gazebo are very nice The facilities were great for my 4 kids, wife and I There are plenty laundry facilities nearby. Close to the beach

Very good hotel at an excellent price

Room is clean and quiet. The bed is very comfortable and wide. Good local restaurants are in the vicinity. Swimming pool is a dream! I enjoyed so much swimming in it, especially in the summer rain Tantri at the reception is exceptionally friendly and helpful

The bathroom of #28 needs some face-lifting and replacement

Love the proximity to airport and shops.

Close proximity to most things in Kuta. Great shopping and bargains nearby and very close to the airport. The pool is clean and cool and the staff are very friendly and obliging.

The bathroom facilities could certainly use updating. The shower is hard to adjust.

Not worth it

Extremely rude staff. The hotel looks good from the exterior but the inside of the room is very ordinary. Rooms and toilets were okay and clean but no toiletries were provided other than the soap even after paying 600k IDR for two nights. From the bath shower, a jet spray and basin only hot to super hot water was coming. No landline was available, wifi was very weak. Overall it was not at all a good stay considering the amount that we have paid.

Breakfast is simple , but Ok. They charged you 40k for it if you do not pay ahead and it may be a better cost benefit option.

Not much going on around the hotel. Peaceful, but not social if that is something you may be looking for. Also, Kuta is not my favorite place in Bali, but the location of the hotel was great as you could walk anywhere around it.

Shower and toilet together which is fine, but the water from the shower just flows everywhere and I think there should have been a small separation on the floor and a curtain for the bathroom to prevent water from flowing everywhere. After a shower, using the toilet is a mission as water is everywhere on the floor. The shower gel provided could be better quality.

Great place to stay before your flight or if your are staying in Kuta, friendly staff and really nice hotel overal

The property was just as expected and described, it was a very nice place to stay for a night before our flight the next day. Nice balcony with the sun.

Sun goes down past a wall next to the pool quite early on, which means the pool gets a bit cold during the evening. Also the shower was broken, it would spray everywhere because the connection was loose (note to staff we were staying room 26)

The room doesn’t provide iron , even I already ask customer service. CS said hotel no iron. Iron is important also for tenant. Hair dryer also no provide at the room. We need to ask for Hair dryer then after they give to use .

From the welcoming staff to the room near the pool, 10 minute Walk to the beach and legian street everything was perfect I personally really liked it and yes value for money. Will definitely stay there on my next visit .

Great accommodation for good price

Absolutely everything! Quiet place, very comfortable accommodation and very friendly staff. Close to the beach and clean swimming pool. No roosters in the area, so you can be sure that you will be able to sleep good. Highly recommend to everybody!

Stayed for 4 nights upgraded paid extra room ok bathroom walls dirty and not clean .i have been to jessen inn many times even when they had 1 /2/3 thoughly disappointed they cleaned my room once when i asked sorry i will not stay again location is good,but not for me any more
