Staffs were great, friendly and helpful. They have nice swimming pool and relaxing outdoor area. I appreciate the staff the most, they resolved our problems quickly, did their best for us to have pleasant stay.
It is old building and passed its prime time, we had problem with plumbing and moldy wall.
But it is fair, you get what you paid.

Convenient location. Close to airport, close to Kuta beach and shops.
Toilet didn’t flush…. Which was a real pain!
