V v disappointed, gets worse every time I say, just v good location for me

No breakfast provided. The staff who was there, pleasant but v limited English. I stay here cos location is great for me and I enjoy the pool. This used to be a great little guest house as I have stayed about 10 times but gets worse every year.

Double charged for the room. Ask and told I d get lower floor room by pool but put me upstairs. Room walls in terrible condition re peeling paint and dirt and stains and bathroom absolutely filthy, mildew in shower was awful. This has been a major

Moldy and leaky ceiling

The hostel is just outside of the main hub. Quiet area. Pool is easy to access.

I booked 3 rooms.The room we stayed have leaky and moldy ceiling. Two fridges are filty, not safe to use to store food left over, One shower head have barely water coming out so my son took the head out ad fix it to get more water to come out. Windows sills are thick of dust, mirrors not wiped clean.Sink not clean..no soap provided.

The location was good. Very near the city. And food store

The facilities were very bad, there’s no iron/water heater/shampoo in the room. And room smell cigarettes, which are disgusting, take 3 days to remove the smell

Pleasant

I liked the workers. They were very kind and friendly. I am impressed with how well they spoke and understood English!!! It was the friendliness of the staff that kept us there after discovering the bathroom.

The bathroom was disgusting. It was dirty and smelled horrible. There was no way to get rid of the smell. They cleaned the drainpipe from the shower but it was still unbearable. The solution offered was a chemical mothball type thing. We settled for keeping the garbage can (filthy and never cleaned) on top of the drain and keeping the bathroom exhaust fan on. We also kept our door open to the outside whenever we were in to bring in fresh air. The other two units beside ours had the same smell.

Swimming Pool just facing my room, Breakfast no bad.

. First day no breakfast provided, staff never informed us must reserv for breakfast first, and at morning no staff at counter, then we just find food at out side. Second and third days the breakfast not bad and delicious and on time delivery. No soup, one towel provided, no slipper, no glass and no toilet paper, asked only given. The frame of picture dusty..

Heart of Kuta, Cheap & Clean

Location is obvious, short walking distance to Kuta main attractions. I have to say in all fairness, this is cheap hotel so do not expect too much. Though I was surprised knowing how clean the room is and it is spacious. Shower with hot water. Linen and towels also freshly laundered. Staff very helpful. A plus is small dipping pool, which is quite nice to have, and it's well maintained pool. If you need short stay with minimum budget this place is worth to considered. Plenty restaurants around. To sum: in the heart of Kuta, cheap & clean

Nice area, a little out of the way of the main busy roads. Comfy beds with a nice hot shower and aircon. Although we didn't use the pool it looked very inviting and a big pluss. Lovely hosts. Would stay again.

Dont go there! Room was dirty and smelled very bad. Staff was the most unfriendly that i have ever seen. Only word they said was "Okay" after we told that we have to go. Could not stay there, so we changed the place to sleep. You can get so much better place with the same money.

In other parts of Indonesia, this could be an OK accomodation. But in Bali, where there is som much competition of trendy, Bali style accommodation Taxa Uma is tasteless, non-inspiring place to stay. Technicaly, there is nothing wrong. Bed is OK, toilet flushes, A/C cools ... just it is the rock bottom minimum, fine for one night stay, but not otherwise. Also it is located at busy noisy street.

La struttura è buona per il prezzo, solo che i 4 giorni che sono li non hanno mai fatto pulizia alla mia stanza e cambiare asciugamani, bisogna chiedere loro di mattina, ma di mattina nessuno è in reception..😡 per il resto tutto nella norma
