We stayed in ground floor room 101 . Dust everywhere on top of surfaces , Aircon too small for the room, small fridge was leaky with mould stains on the floor.

Absolutely the WORST hotel in Bali

Absolutely nothing

This was the most filthyiest dirtiest hotel in Bali we stayed at. Aircons leaked, mould all over the bathroom. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks, dirt all over the walls, frayed towels and there were mosquitoes in the room! Beds were rock solid and the pillows were uncomfortable. The rooms were the smallest we had stayed in as well. Definitely not a fair representation compared to the online pictures. We left almost immediately, the hotel promised to refund 3 of the nights we were supposed to stay but backtracked and I got nothing back. Do not bother with this hotel unless you want extremely budget accomodation

The location was good the ac was good, beds were good.

It looked bigger than what it was and there was not an area where you can hang out after a certain hour. We arrived late at night and our option to eat were our room or a small side table in a corner. The pool was closed after a certain hour at night so never were able to use it.

Dirty rooms. We changed the rooms 2 times. In the first room, there was dust and it smelled bad. The bathroom was old and not clean. Second room had still hair on the ground and dust in all the corners and under the bed. Third room was okay. I thank them for the effort and kind staff.

A comfortable stay with very friendly staff and clean rooms.

The staff were very kind and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, had a safe, and were cleaned every day with fresh sheets. There was also plenty of space to park a scooter, which was really convenient.

Nice little hotel

Everyone was lovely, my checkout was later than my pick up so they let me wait in the lobby. My room was huge, like a suite. Bedding and towels clean. Little bit dated but that added to the charm of the place. Very cheap accommodation.

The Ohana is an old favorite. I've been staying there for about ten years, 4 to 5 times a year, several days each time. The staff know me, and are always friendly and helpful.

Thee are a few things that are becoming a little tired, but generally it's more than acceptable.

Extremely great value for money. Only booked room for a comfort stay prior to midnight flight. Lovely pool which was refreshing. Clean modern comfy room. Definitely would even recommend to any one for an overnight or few days stay in Kuta

The room was spacious and in a decent location for Kuta and the airport.

The room was a little tired and the breakfast a bit limited. There was bread, cereal and a few local options, however they were also happy to cook eggs on request.

The Wi-Fi connectivity was the only thing i was not happy about my stay at Ohana.

I really liked the hotel’s location—it was convenient and accessible. The room was spacious and cleaned daily, which I appreciated. The pool area was beautiful and very well maintained. I also tried the breakfast on two occasions (not included in my room rate), and it was surprisingly good.

I had ongoing issues with the free Wi-Fi during my stay. In the first room, the Wi-Fi was completely inaccessible unless I stepped out into the hallway. I raised the issue with reception and requested a room change. Unfortunately, I was moved to a room directly opposite the original one, which had the same problem due to its identical location. I stayed for five nights, but the connectivity issue was never resolved. This was quite inconvenient, especially for anyone needing a reliable internet connection.

Overall, good hotel if you’ll have ur meals outside and need to go to kuta beach by walking.

The hotel is modern and close to tourism places like Kuta beach only 15 mins walk.

Unfortunately their bathroom isn’t clean even after asking for cleaning, there was still bad smell and toilets were gray and disgusting. Ants were too much in the room, if you eat a cookie within a second millions of ants will be around. The restaurant food was mainly Indonesian which I didn’t prefer. Also they don’t have breakfast in room service, you have to go down by yourself and beg for a big plate to keep your breakfast on it.

An old favorite in Kuta, great location

The Ohana has been a favorite of mine for 10+ years, several times a year. The location is very good, just a short walk to Bemo Corner, the epicenter of Kuta, and likewise to a good range of warungs and restaurant. The morning market is less than 10 minutes walk. The staff know me, and are always friendly and helpful. The room facilities are good, comfortable bed, aircon efficient, and wifi reliable and fast.

There are parts of the room that a little tired, but they won't stop me from staying there.

Everything was exceptional, food at Jim's restaurant was amazing, room service was done daily and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Need some weights or dumb bells in the gym.
