We love staying at Yulia. We stay there regularly.

Food is great. Big breakfasts. Staff are all lovely.

I had a wonderful stay at Yulia Beach Inn and truly enjoyed every moment. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Kuta, just steps away from the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet still peaceful and quiet within the property. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the beautiful garden setting created a very relaxing Balinese atmosphere. One aspect I especially appreciated is that the property is senior-citizen friendly—there are no stairs, and all rooms are located on the ground floor, making it very convenient and safe for elderly guests or anyone with mobility concerns. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and always helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. Housekeeping was consistent, and the overall environment felt safe and welcoming. For the price, this place offers excellent value, comfort, and accessibility. I genuinely loved my stay and would happily return again. Highly recommended for families, senior travelers, and anyone looking for a cozy, well-located stay in Kuta. 🌴

No ironing board , iron and garbage bag provided in every room, only 1 extra electrical plug for our use and lights in the room too dim (yellow lights) not suitable for senior citizen with poor eyesight.

Location.

Very basic and minimal. Lightning was terrible - no power point for the jug - only 1 pillow - air conditioning barely ran and was noisy. Worst shower.

Great location - close to beach, restaurants etc. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable. Good water pressure in shower and aircon was great. Pool is small but more than adequate for size of hotel.

Like..(1)..: only having booked the one night (2)..Staff: outstanding...:such a difficult job..needing to follow the owners rules/ instructions ..

Disliked..: small sized room* lacking natural lighting* old fixtures,badly needing a complete refit, an update,some money spent by the owner on IMPROVEMENTS..: even the A/C struggled ..: constantly on 16 degrees setting: wheezing,rattling,on its last legs.* rock hard bed and pillow: so bad have to mention..I can put up with discomforts.: but the slab of mattress or wood,whatever it was under the sheet...: unacceptable .For $38 USD:in the ' low season..:in the dump that Kuta has become..: no breakfast included..never again.Advise all to go elsewhere: any number if you HAVE to stay in Kuta! Plus..: 40 + rooms..starting at $38 USD..: avoid this place.The owner could afford to make it great again..like it might have been 20 years ago.. not now..total renovation needed ..: soon and badly! How it rates about 8.4 on 'Reviews'..(which was the main reason I booked)..I do not know.

An excellent location, comfortable and value for money accommodation owned by local Balinese woman.

Location was great. 200m from the beach, ten min walk to beach walk mall. Around 20mins drive to airport. Very quiet considering how busy the street was and how noise Kuta can be.

The shower could have used a good scrubbing to get the soap scale off the glass door. Some surfaces weren’t wiped before we entered. Only visible power outlet was in the bathroom which came out when unplugging my phone.

Quite near to the beach, yet tranquil and cozy atmosphere. Not too luxury but it's value for money. My plan was breakfast inclusive, which is not buffet style yet the taste was not bad, rather nice.

It takes too much time for serving brakfast. We're served after 10-20mins of our order(3days range. Thus, if you have an activity in the morning, you'd better to come earlier for your breakfast.

The location is perfect to hang out at any point of time. Quiet hotel although it is placed in the main shopping centre area. Very close to airport.

We stayed in an interconnected double room. While the size of one room is good, but the other one is a bit smaller.

Make sure your room windows do not go to parking

Location is perfect and they have nice common garden and pool. Staff is very polite. A lot of mirrors and spacious rooms.

My room is supposed to have windows to internal garden but it was just parking, very unplesant, basically you never can open curtains or use chairs outside. However, this could be resolved, if you are luckier and have a better room. The main problem was that I didn't have hot water. I notified staff about the problem and they promised to come and fix it but nothing happened, so I had to shower (and shave!) with cold water. I expected more value for money.

Budget hotel close to the beach

Very well located close to beach, shops and massages. Room was quite large. Staff were lovely. It was very clean. The restaurant is great

Had to wait a couple of hours to check in even though most of the premium rooms were empty. It was really noisy outside and using either the main door or bathroom was very noisy making sleep for the other person difficult. The air conditioner was not very effective so we were hot. The room and pillows were hard. The pool was nice but far from our room and no pool towels The cheaper older rooms out the back were smaller but quieter in a garden setting and closer to the pool and away from the car park. They were much better value at almost half the price. Late checkout was unreasonably expensive. Sheets were poor quality. Didn’t have hot water. Wouldn’t recommend

Good facilities, good location, good entertainment around.

Attentive staff, spacious room, convenient restaurant, good food options (just like in pictures), close to lots of businesses, stores, restaurants, bars (e.g. Sky Garden, Avera, Engineer Room, and a lot more), beach (Pantai Kuta), malls (e.g. Beachwalk and more), activities (e.g. Waterbom, surfing). Good (promotional) price (±74% off due to low season but still lots of tourism). Very easy for Grab + Gojek to pick-up / drop-off.

Main road is busy—as expected from a touristic location—so you’ll need to wait several minutes to exit out of Kuta to other locations, and to come back at night, so hope that your driver is patient because your Grab/Gojek will be idle multiple times while moving around this area.

First time staying in Kuta. The beach is more for surfing. Walking distance. Less than 3 min walk. Very convenient beach walkway shopping mall. Lots of cheap massage outside the resort. Very cosy room and spacious. Toliet is big too. Friendly staff. Comes with 2 small bottles of mineral water daily. Has pool to chill. Just too good. 10 min drive to airport.

One small air conditioning for a big room. Perhaps not too cold. Up to individual preferences as I like the room to be cold and nicer blanket will work. Otherwise all good. Nothing to dislike.
