Stayed for 2 hours then left. There’s a reason they don’t have photos of the bathrooms, they resemble a third world jai

Location was ok, but even at $22 a night, it was overpriced by about $23.

Dirty, smells. Was told my room wasn’t ready even though I got there a day late and had pre-paid.

I didn't like how staff did not help us with our bags I wasn't a fan of the shower, as it was old and appeared to need repairs Hotel room was okay but the beds was not as comfortable as other hotels The swimming pool was in the reception, so everyone that came to check in could see you swimming

The staff was there for late check-in . They were very helpful as my flight was delayed and I only arrived in Bali airport at 11.30pm. They also did room-calls to remind the guest for check out.

Cleanliness is very poor. Sheets and toilet were dirty.

Perfect!

Location are very perfect, there a lot of souvenir shops in front of this place. We love it ! The staffs also very helpful.

There's no lift, however the staff help us to carry our luggage upstairs. Very helpful.

Never again.

The location was good

The room was gross, the bathroom look like it hadn’t been cleaned since world war 2. The staff barged into my room to put other People in there while I was getting changed and quickly realised the room was already occupied, then didn’t say anything and walked out.

Disappointing

The location was good and it was quiet. There was a basic but satisfactory pool. Staff were friendly.

The room had what looked like damp on the ceiling, it felt quite unclean and the one window in the room looked into an internal corridor and so we had not proper ventilation. The shampoo container was empty and the soap one did not work. Even for very budget accommodation it would possibly have been at least a bit cleaner.

it was convenient from airport and close to Kuta beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

it was dirty throughout. The bathroom had not been cleaned, so I never used the facilities, and the bedroom floor had spillages not mopped up. There was no bulb in the bedside table light and there was a lot of noise to be heard from the lobby in the early hours.

Mold and dirty

Good location, close to Kuta Beach, several restaurants and souvenir stores. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The place needs urgent maintenance. A lot of mold in the walls. My room was very dirty especially the bathroom. A strong naftaline smell in the room, and when I entered the bathroom, there were like 10 naftaline balls on the floor. I'have never seem something like that in a hotel. For the price, you can find better places to stay in Kuta.

Toilet paper was not permitted to be used. Swimming pool looked green. No English at all at reception. A brick wall outside the window. No top sheet or cover on bed. Far better accommodation practically next door for same price.

The location was convenient and close to a lot of shops, malls and the beach. We walked to a lot of areas which we liked
