Only stayed the one night, not the hotels fault but moved to another loaction to be with friends

Clean and tidy, friendly staff. Location was great for the activity i had planned for my stay.

The lift was so small the wheelchair would not fit. Staff found us an other room with the compromise of two single beds very quickly on the ground floor. The window did not lock securely. Road outside was very busy with a lack of decent pathway for wheelchair access.

No universal power socket nor adapter available, Shower drain was slow, and some hot foods were luke warm when you have it about 9am up.

they are located near the beach and restaurants. the staff is super friendly (and the security guards was lovely) it’s 20-30 minutes with scooter to canggu and 30-40 minutes to uluwatu. the hotel can help you rent a scooter

one of the staff was very unhelpful and misunderstood almost everything. wich led to us overpaid. luckily the other staff was great and helped us.
