We got upgraded rooms that had fresh renovations and looked awesome, amazing friendly helpful staff

Basically i would say that kids room is not really exciting, its only open 9 to 5, there is no attending staff and its tiny and only habe couple things for kids of really small age and thats it

Good place to stay for the day before a late night flight. Surprised at how big the rooms were. Staff lovely, 10mins to airport and 700,000 ($7 nz) in a grab

We had a lovely time and the staff were phenomenal and food was fantastic just location I wish was better.

Unsafe and Deceptive – Avoid at All Costs

Terrible hotel – it felt like walking into the dormitory where I studied as a kid. The room was not clean, the windows didn’t even close properly, and the curtains were awful. But the real shock was something I’ve never experienced in my life: we were almost robbed just outside the hotel when going to eat nearby. Two men impersonating police officers tried to search my wife’s and child’s bags. It was the first time I truly felt powerless, since we didn’t speak the language. When we returned to the hotel, the receptionist casually told us, “You shouldn’t go on foot, it’s a risky neighborhood.” Then why is this place even listed on Booking in the first place? We stayed only that night and immediately moved to another hotel in Seminyak, which was safe and beautiful. To top it off, they refused to refund us for the unused nights, claiming everything was already paid and they “don’t do refunds.” Avoid this hotel at all costs – run, run, run!

Good choice hotel for family

I like the location that is close to Ngurah Rai airport, food court, tours and travel, gift shops, and money changers. Harris Hotel has a family room that is enough for 4-5 people and has a coffee & tea maker, plus providing an airport shuttle for an extra fee.

I don't like that the hot water in the shower is not hot enough.

Happy family

Our buffet breakfast everyday.. we absolutely enjoyed it.. everyday was the same but we loved it Staff in the whole entire place were amazing.. our fav place was kitchen/dinning area staff lovely people.. Kids loved the pool they swam everyday we had a family room with a pool view was Soo good.. All the staff were awesome with the kids..

The staff was super friendly and kind. The breakfast was delicious and they had three nice clean pools. The beds were comfortable. There was ac. Close to the airport.

The rooms are very simple. They were worse in person than the pictures. Our sheets had several stains on them and it grossed me out. With that said I have an air bnb and I know that sometimes sheets get stained and so I imagine the sheets were washed but there were tons of stains and they should have never put these sheets on the bed. With that said, the beds and pillows were comfortable and although the unit was pretty mediocre and run down I would say they did a good job cleaning the unit.
