Just being on Gilli T that’s all I like about it ,this property need to be redone as it is not up to date , insects and mosquitoes roaming around in the house and it smell so old .

1. Food & Beverage – Dinner Set Menu Suggestion: Please consider revising the F&B set menu for dinner. For guests staying for a week, offering at least three different set menu options would enhance the dining experience and provide variety. This would allow guests to enjoy different meals during their stay, increasing satisfaction. Alternatively, if menu variety cannot be ensured, it may be better not to offer a dinner option during the booking process to avoid disappointment. 2. Front Office Team – Check-in Experience Feedback: The front office process needs improvement. I booked my stay through a Booking website, which did not charge me upfront. Typically, hotels collect payment during check-out. However, in this case, despite informing the staff that I would pay at check-out, I was not provided room keys until I made the payment. This was inconvenient, especially since my stay was split into two bookings (4 days + 3 days). A more flexible and customer-friendly approach would be appreciated, especially for long-stay guests. Great location but not great value or service

The cleanliness was pretty dismal, we had cockroaches in our room (on our toothbrushes 🤢) several times (were pretty avid campers so just got on with it but the toothbrush part def got us), the toilet leaked, all of the taps in our accom were faulty (when asked to fix one (it cut my hand) the staff did come but didn’t really do much - felt more like an act of saving face), some days our room wouldn’t get serviced until late in the afternoon (4pm) even though they would tell us they would be there between 9-11am when we were out (there were so many staff members just hanging out hahah) , there were often issues with food supply - bar not having ice, simple items on the menu not available, sour cream, wraps etc. the breakfast is extremely poor too - we saw the reviews before but (naively) hoped it would still be ok. The location is great and we loved being able to walk everywhere but wouldn’t stay again.

Great value

The rooms are big and airy. Big beds, lots of pillows. Air con just about did the job. Plenty of towels. A free use gym,better than most I have stayed at. A spa, not used by me. A good breakfast choice. I will definitely use this hotel again when transitting tbrough Bali. It also has a smallish swimming pool I did not use.

We had half board and the choice of dishes in the evening should be more. In 1 week we had to choose more than once the same dish. Also happy hour should be more than only 15% discount. In other hotels in bali it was buy 3 cocktails and pay for 2.

Great overnight stay before heading to the airport, no complaints

We only stayed one night at the hotel to be close to the airport but the staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was buffet style with a large choice. Unable to comment on the surrounding area as did not go out and about.

A really lovely hotel to relax in near to airport and Kuta

We booked a room with a pool and were pleased to find it very spacious and immaculately clean with a separate lounge area (sofa bed and tv) and a second toilet. The decent sized private pool was in the shade so no need to put on sunscreen during the day

Spacious Room at Boutique Hotel

- Location. - Big spacious room w/small pantry area. - Big balcony.

- No chairs on the balcony. - There was no couch to lay down after hectic day. - Gaps on the balcony doors = bugs fly into the rooms esp during rainy season. - The pillows are too hard for me, need to buy my own on the next day.

Fantastic. Well worth the money

Lovely stay. The customer service from all staff was outstanding. The rooms are homey yet chic and nice and clean. We got the hotel airport driver and he was so wonderful that we used him for any trips when we needed a ride.

Excellent, money well spent. We were very well looked after.

The staff were wonderful. We used their driver for airport pick up and drop off's and to drive us around seminyak for a day. He waited for us and when we text him he would be there within minutes. Excellent service. The staff at the hotel were also amazing. They let us have a late checkout until 2pm free of charge because our flight was delayed 3 hours and we didn't arrive at the hotel until 5am.

Only had one night stay as we were travel North the next day, didn't use facilities apart room and parking in Basement. Driveway attendants were extremely helpful especially in crossing busy street. Breakfast - good variety and pleasant setting.

has balcony, easy to find food , room and bathroom was spacious . not the new building though, but it was relatively clean .

on the busy road, car is difficult to enter the hotel. and the security alway put cone on the entrance way :-(. the first room that I got, has an unlocked balcony door as there was no railing installed . when I asked to change the room, the staff said I better kept that room as we only be stayed for 1 night . I tought this is not a good comment from hotel staff, isnt' it ? To change to another , I had to wait more than 30 minutes , and just moved to the next room . breakfast taste was just okay, nothing special no free shuttle to airport

Piece of heaven at the Paasha

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of Absolute amazement. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe, well looked after, needs met to a high standard and very well cared for on every level. As a quified chef myself, I enjoyed all the meals and cuisine I got to try and had while staying here at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and very attentive to my needs and requests. My room was impeccably cleaned spotless everyday of my 5 day visit to Bali. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to booking here again with my family very soon. Thank you for an amazing experience and stay.
