Pleasant and comfortable

We moved to this hotel for our last night stay as it is nearer to the airport. We were given a welcome drink and all staff that attended to us were pleasant. They have comfortable beds and basic toiletries.

Room lighting is insufficient in Duplex room, Shower head faulty but we managed to self troubleshoot.

Disappointing return after 9 years

Staff were friendly and polite throughout our stay.

We stayed at Kana Kuta Hotel 9 years ago and decided to come back, hoping for the same great experience. Unfortunately, this time it was a letdown. The room had a VERY MUSTY smell and it seemed like little effort had been made to maintain or upgrade the facilities. Both the fridge and the air conditioning were quite noisy, which made it hard to relax. As a vegetarian, I also found the breakfast options very limited and not satisfying.

Everything was amazing! I especially liked the staff (especially Nia). It was our last hotel for the vacation (we changed hotels every day), and the staff even allowed us to stay at the hotel without any additional charges until our flight time (1 a.m.), so the kids enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Convenience and value for money

Friendly staff and great location - right next to a convenience store, restaurants down the road and a great massage place nearby (Reborn Massage).

Gym could be a bit better equipped but was fine for overnight stay and quick workout.

A relaxing place among the busy Kuta roads.

Excellent indonesian part of breakfast, friendly staff, very good location, calm swimming pool area. Breakfast is buffet with good choice of dishes, but the indonesian ones really tasted excellent.

Certain parts seem a bit dated and need some restoration. But overall good hotel.

Many improvements to consider to operate properly.

The Breakfast was good

1- I saw a lizard on wall of the asile the first day. 2- the reception refuse to deliver our orders and meeting our needs to the room. 3- I required an adapter and it took 50 Mins to deliver, with three reminders. 4- there is no check out support to take the laggage from room to looby and from lobby to car. If there is no service why I stay at hotel!! Better I book a villa and serve myself🤷🏻

NICE HOTEL WITH VERY FRINDLY STAFFS

Very friendly staff (btw the female staffs a super cute). Super nice greeting where they make you feel like you are very precious. Has a peaceful bar, clean swimming pool, different type of rooms, breakfast, lunch & dinner. Food was nice (Asian & Western). Strategic location: near to the airport, mall, KFC, a seafood restaurant in walking distance & a K Circle mart (like 7e) in case we need to grab anything real quick.

Good value for one night

The breakfast was the highlight

We arrived at midnight and there was outside noise and lights from signs flicking. It took a long time to cool the room as it was soo hot when we arrived

We have stayed here a few times as we always enjoy the pool, buffet breakfast, clean rooms and friendly staff, all for a great price. While it is a bit far from all the action it is only a short ride away.

Great place to stay in Kuta

Property is very nice, tidy and family friendly. Food facilities are also top notch. Staff very friendly and were very helpful for the whole stay. Location is down a long drive and away from the road so even though it’s in Kuta, it’s nice, secluded and quiet enough to make it an enjoyable holiday.

this hotel was amazing! such amazing staff, putu the night security guard, he was just amazing, so sweet & kind. also the man who works in the dining room Aldi, such a sweet boy and so attentive. this place was very clean, 7 min motorbike to the center and the beach. very comfortable hotel. Not too busy unlike other hotels but in a good way. the have a pool which was nice, not always super busy, which we liked. customer service was truly amazing, the staff are just AMAZING and so kind. you will never find more amazing people than the Balinese. when me and my partner come back definitely will stay here again. cannot recommend this place enough!

The room was of decent size and the breakfast menu was good and comprehensive.

The AC was taking quite some time to cool the room. Also the wifi was very very slow. Totally not expected of a big hotel such as this.
