We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Fairfield by Marriott. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and the exceptional kindness of the entire team. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive and always willing to help, which made us feel truly at home. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay: excellent quality, fresh products and a fantastic variety of choices. There was something for everyone, and everything was beautifully prepared. The location is also excellent, making it very convenient for exploring the area and getting around easily. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of outstanding hospitality, comfortable accommodation, a delicious and varied breakfast, and a great location made our stay truly memorable. A huge thank you to the entire Fairfield team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel!

The location was good, food was okay and the overall stay was moderately good.
The room view, the space inside the room, location was not too close to beach etc.

Housekeeping ppl were nice...reception was kind at first then when my delivery arrived i asked them t9 bring up to my room they never did i am paying 900m a night
For 900k a night No amenities nothing complimentaty ... such a mediocre 2 star hotel style room that felt like it was built 20 years ago ..what 4 star ..its the propertt thats it ..room was crap for a 4star property you can get better rooms in Bali for better price much cheaper like 4 times cheaper...location is crap as if you are heading north there is always traffic and the roads arent built to connect your route north directly you have to do a weird u-turn 2 kms down ...always traffic taxi wont make it fast to your location... man I have never spent so much and havent gotten anything in return very very bad value... garbage value I should say...I paid more so that I could enjoy the 4 star hotel but to my dissapointment...I am never going back there..feeling robbed bro
