Staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely pool and dining areas

Only thing I would have preferred sealed water for our room not refilled swing top bottles. They were sealed and I’m sure perfectly fine but just not my preference.

Fairfield by Mariott was an absolutely amazing place to stay. The breakfast was superb. There was Western, Indian, Thai, healthy and local Indonesian food. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Only thing was the location. There was no way to cross the road to the opposite side because it was on a highway kind of wide road. Places to eat outside the restaurant was limited. But the hotel restaurant had an excellent menu within reasonable pricing. Also the room could hear all the noises from the road.

location was not convenient for shopping or eating out.

Emplacement, à 10min en voiture de l’aéroport. Chambre globalement propre. Accueil chaleureux. Très bien pour 1 nuit avant de prendre l’avion mais je ne conseille pas pour plus d’une nuit.

Je dirais que cet hôtel correspond à un 3 étoiles plutôt qu’un 4 étoiles. La chambre est hyper bruyante, nous entendions des choses dans les murs, des enfants criaient dehors jusqu’à 1h du matin. La chambre est mal isolée puisque nous entendions les pas des gens occupant la chambre au-dessus. Dans le couloir bcp de bruits… Pas à la hauteur de la chaîne Mariott

Housekeeping ppl were nice...reception was kind at first then when my delivery arrived i asked them t9 bring up to my room they never did i am paying 900m a night

For 900k a night No amenities nothing complimentaty ... such a mediocre 2 star hotel style room that felt like it was built 20 years ago ..what 4 star ..its the propertt thats it ..room was crap for a 4star property you can get better rooms in Bali for better price much cheaper like 4 times cheaper...location is crap as if you are heading north there is always traffic and the roads arent built to connect your route north directly you have to do a weird u-turn 2 kms down ...always traffic taxi wont make it fast to your location... man I have never spent so much and havent gotten anything in return very very bad value... garbage value I should say...I paid more so that I could enjoy the 4 star hotel but to my dissapointment...I am never going back there..feeling robbed bro
