I thoroughly enjoyed how posh everything was. I felt like I treated myself to much more than I paid for.
I didn’t like having to climb up the stairs to reach reception, and that there is no easy way to get to the mall from the hotel.

Staff, Service, Cleaness, Location and Breakfast = 9/10
The toilet and bathroom were right next to the Bed and the sink was located outside which was very inconvenient.
The accessibility to the room upstairs was terrible with very narrow passage and the stair steps were too small to step on posing a huge safety risk coming downstairs especially in the night.
