Never go back even if it was free

It was under renovations. We had to enter and leave up a very steep driveway from the undercover carpark. We are nearly 80 years old. Nearly fell twice.

The beds were on what looked like cheap pallets with rough corners sticking out. About 4 inches off the ground. Again we are nearly 80 years old. It was extremely hard to get up from nearly the floor and we both have scars from the rough wood in the corners.

The bed and bath tub for this price was superb. The location also very strategic

Lovely, friendly staffs. Perfect for our needs.

Yan’s was perfect for our needs. Next to waterbom and located in close proximity to choices of different types of foods. A 10 minutes walk to the beach through a shopping centre or a cemetery. Our room has a double bed and a bunk beds. Large enough for our two teens. Mattresses were medium firm. ACs cold. Room cleaned every day. Located on top floor, facing the road. Traffic could be heard but it wasn’t too bad for us. We still slept well. We were aware when we booked that it was by quite a busy road. Staffs were nice and friendly to us. No complaints about them. There’s a laundry service on the alley way next to Yan’s. Called Bagus Laundry, we used his service during our stay there. Our clothes returned clean and smelled lovely. Thought this information would be useful for other family to know. He doesn’t open til late but he does offer to drop your cleaned clothes to Yan’s.

I think dampness was an issue. It didn’t affect us at all. I mean, I didn’t smell any dampness related smell. But I could see a bit of peeled wallpaper and bubbly laminated flooring. No mouldy wall that I would see. Hopefully they will sort it out soon.

1 day back in transit in Bali

Super close to the airport and central to Kuta shopping and restaurant area. Not too far from the beach either. Really a perfect location. The property is pretty original too. Breakfast is good.

I slipped a few times in the puddle of water that poured out of the air con in the Victorian room bath plug also wouldn’t let water go down lamp plug was broken plaster of walls the technition came up twice to fix but did not I complained and asked if we could move and get a refund on the last four days as we stayed at another hotel they said we could not get any sort of refund, so we paid for two hotels and just came back and had the breakfast each morning .

Worst experience . Don’t ever stay here.

Nothing. The room is smelly. The housekeeping doesn’t clean. And the worst part is there is a school next door and the teacher is speaking on loud speaker telling kids to do class work. Every 15 minutes from 6:30 am she starts shouting at the top of her voice on a loud speaker. You can’t sleep here.

Everything is bad. The school next door with a bloody teacher shouting on top of her voice at 6:30 am all day. In evening they try to use the parking in front to put food stalls and there is no place to park.

Lovely place in Kuta!

Very well located near the beach, restaurants and the shopping area The staff is excellent, very welcoming and attentive, they do their best to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast is very fresh and tasty, the best cappuccino and cheese omelette, but especially the service, very attentive, nice and smiling everyone! Daily cleaning, water, chocolate every afternoon, macarons and welcome drink are small attentions that make the difference and show the hospitality of this property. I really liked the wise quotes displayed in the hotel lobby, the existence of the elevator, and the cleanliness of the common areas.

Dreadful

Hole in the plasterboard, mould on the ceiling and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Then in the morning they claimed that we had damaged the room!

Good selection at breakfast,western/Indonesian it was enjoyable,relaxed vibe at hotel,staff quiet and polite,evening coffee on the street front.

Stayed in 356 unfortunately a concrete wall was the view.felt a bit chilly at midnight wanted to turn ac down but didn’t happen then was unable to turn it off so the wife and I had to cuddle closer 😜.

Clean and reasonably priced property close to the centre of Kuta and airport.

- Due to its proximity to the airport and reasonable price we booked this room for a few hours between having to check out of our previous accommodation and catching our late night flight, so we didn't stay overnight. - The room was very clean , the bed was comfortable and the shower was a good size. - Close to the centre of Kuta with shops, restaurants, etc and a short walk to the beach.

- We had planned to spend some time by the pool but the ambience was non-existent and the pool area was in poor condition. The timber decking was loose and broken, the tables were broken, the pool ladder was broken which made getting in and out of the pool dangerous. The pool itself was clean and well maintained. - When we checked out we had to wait while someone went and checked our room for "belongings left behind" (or was it damage)? Suspect this was because we left early even though we told the receptionist at check-in that we would only be there for 8 hours or so and the reason for this. The whole episode left a bad feeling and was not handled very discreetly.

There is some water damage in many parts of the hotel. Especially the ceiling area in all the corridors. the corridors are very dark and our toilet was leaking also so the floor wa continuously wet.
