Quiet, peaceful, friendly and mellow place

The room was exceptional. Bed was very comfortable. Swimming pool was fantastic. Guests (mostly Australian) were friendly. Staff was lovely and helpful.

I believe the breakfast staff could have paid more attention to the needs of the clientele but I mentioned this to management and they said they will work on I’m making the breakfast experience much better. The breakfasts themselves are delicious.

Good standard for the price in that area.

Location was good, yet a long way off Jalan Kartika Plaza, 100+ meters. The entry and reception area is impressive architecture, as are the public areas, with a nice pool area, but which I didn't use. The restaurant area is spacious, not crowded with tables and chairs, and surrounding gardens very relaxing, with water features, and paving weaving through the gardens to the rooms. The room was comfortable, bed and pillows good, aircon efficient, with a small fridge. Breakfast was outstanding, 10 choices, local and western, plus a bottomless coffee/tea, fruit and juices. Safe luggage storage facilities are available, of which I availed myself, staying twice, ten days apart.

WiFi was terrible, with frequent drop outs, and I had to go to reception whenever I needed a reliable connection for more than a minute or two. There were no coffee/tea making facilities.

I came to Kuta for a 5 day solo trip. I felt safe and stayed in a warm welcoming environment. The lane way to the hotel

Beautiful Balinese setting and gardens with pool central to accomodation, open eating area, lovely people.. down a quiet lane way like a hidden gem ☺️

Very well maintained, personal space not dormitory style at all, lovely staff, daily room make ups, choice of freshly cooked breakfast to order, fresh towels and water daily, a good 200 mtr walk to the main part of Kuta and another few hundred to the beach.

Very friendly staff in a great central location in Kuta. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Great pool and pool area. Breakfast was great and included with my booking.

Rooms are a bit dated. Took a long time for hot water to get to my room. Toilet ran all night but the air con drowned out the noise.

My stay had a mix of room experience; but it was pleasant.

I stayed in a deluxe room that exuded cleanliness and comfort, making it effortlessly easy to unwind. The tranquil atmosphere, complemented by lush greenery throughout the property, reminded the warmth and serenity of home. What truly elevated the experience was the staff’s impeccable hospitality. The location couldn’t be more ideal: nestled within walking distance of delightful eateries, soothing spas, and other local gems, making exploration both convenient and enjoyable. I left with a sense of contentment and a wish to return.

During the latter part of my stay, I was relocated to a Standard room due to limited availability. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the comfort of my earlier accommodation. The room layout felt rather disjointed, as if the furniture had been hastily arranged without thoughtful spatial planning. The space felt cramped, and the room’s design made it difficult to utilize even the available area effectively. The bathroom lacked functional amenities—a proper holder for toiletries was missing, making everyday use inconvenient. In addition, the WiFi connection in the Standard room was noticeably sluggish. While I appreciate the hotel’s efforts to accommodate me, this part of my stay fell short of expectations. It’s worth considering an upgrade if room comfort and practical design are priorities for you.

Just a little far from the action of Kuta for my liking, but that’s just based on the parts of the beach and cafes/restaurants that I like to visit up towards Poppies 1 and 2

Great hotel overall, especially for the value.

It was so much more than I expected for the price. The rooms were lovely and very clean, AC was perfect after a day in heat, internet was very fast, the staff were great and the greenery around the hotel was so picturesque, the fish in all the water features and the cute local kitty cat, Manis was a nice touch. Pool is lovely, breakfast is great. For the amount we paid, we weren’t expecting much, but the rooms were serviced daily, staff were very kind, shuttle from airport and held our bags after checkout so we could explore without lugging luggage. Location is great, 5min walk to Kuta Square, 3min walk to Discovery Mall and Waterbom, 10min walk to Beachwalk Mall. Loads of western food restaurants minutes away. Nice and close to everything but also far enough away from all the noise. Located down a long road away from the main road. Our driver waited 3hrs at the airport out in the Bali heat when we got delayed and I couldn’t thank him enough. Overall, very great experience!!

Beautiful, quiet hotel, a little aged

Beautiful hotel, pools, buildings, layout, and nice rooms. Very quiet. On-site restaurant. Nice, helpful staff. Close to the beach and tourist spots. Plenty of easy parking and extremely easy to get picked up by taxis.

The facilities were older. My toilet didn't flush at first and there is no phone to call room service, so I had to go back to the front desk a few times to resolve the issue. The alley the hotel is at the end of is safe, but is a little creepy at night, with some sick dogs that barked at me at one point. However, that wasn't a big issue. Very minimal breakfast, only fruit. Overall, the facilities weren't bad, but were below those of other nearby hotels for the same price point.

Nice traditional Balinese resort , perhaps the best breakfast I have had in Bali and I have been to Bali multiple times.

Unfortunately I was placed on the very top floor which isn’t good for my knees at my age.
