Only the location shop easy to walk everywhere

Please don’t fool the customer the picture was so nice and clean, but the reality very disappointing , and the toilet shower no hot water the water not strong enough, please tell the manager, need to renovate this place and so much work to fixed,, I won’t stay there again !!

Pleasant

The location near Kuta Beach and Discovery Mall. Only walk 10-15 minutes to the beach.Easy to find food. We can refill our drink water. The water heater is ok.

The floor is dirty. The hotel is old fashion. Need more maintenance. The wifi is bad. We can park there but only can a few car.

The pool was a nice surprise and the bathroom was clean and modern.

Very comfortable bed.

Bathroom had no external windows and the fan wasn't working. The lack of ventilation meant a lot of moisture/mold collected there. Staff didn't always speak English. One of the security guards accused my friend of being a sex worker and tried to take money from them.

Le rapport qualité, prix est assez intéressant, vu l’emplacement, la personne fait toute la différence et nous donne vra

Le personnel est très attentionné, l’endroit est au centre très près de la plage, des boutiques et des restaurants, la piscine est de très bonne grandeur et agréable.

Je ne saurais dire, tout est bien, c’est un hôtel qui est dans la moyenne, c’est très respectable pour le prix, rien à dire, d’ailleurs j’y retourne régulièrement…
