Ramayana Suites and Resort

The Location is great if you want to be right in the heart of Kuta/Denpasar and not far from the airport, staff was very warm and hospitable. Welcome drinks and rice crepes were a nice touch. The Room itself was spacious.

Rooms in general seemed dated - overall staff were very polite but had to ask a few times for water bottles or the washing basin drain got choked - minor irritants etc. I was only spending a few hours and could do without having to follow up on these things. The towels etc seemed subpar - like i said the little things need work

Best hotel in Bali to stay in can not fault a singe thing enjoyable stay staff are wonderful have been going there for 20 years plus

Location was great - very accessible to shops, markets, beach and other attractions. The only downside was that it made the rooms quite noisy due to traffic, whistles, screaming and shouting from partying tourists, etc. The staff were very friendly and did their best to put things right (i.e. with the poor service and food in the restaurants).

I wouldn't describe this hotel as a 5 star resort. The hotel room was noisy - there was construction going on above our room and lots of noise from outside (traffic, shouting, whistles, etc). We tried two of the restaurants during our stay (Gabeh and Al Dente) - they were both awful. The food was not good at all and at both restaurants, we waited well over an hour for our food to arrive. My daughter waited 2 hours for her dinner (a ham & cheese toasted sandwich), which eventually arrived about 30 mins after everyone else on our table got their meals. The sandwich was not as described in the menu (diff ingredients) and was not edible. We did not pay for this item. Our room was quite run down - the shower dripped all night, some of the electrics were loose and hanging out the wall - we couldn't turn one of the lamps off - not good.
