Great Location for Kuta activities & close to airport. very good value for transit nights. Roof top Pool is great.

sometimes noisy in early mornings with others leaving rooms but that's common in hotels.

The pool area was quite and clean, good area to relax , food very good and fast delivered

Location is spot on - easy walking distance from eateries, shops and the main Kuta beach front area. You get housekeeping every day along with 2 bottles of water. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast wasn’t the best - refilling of food was slow / non existent. Pool seating area is almost totally shaded so in the pool to get any rays. Music was also very loud and played all day. Beds incredibly hard.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and were quite disappointed. It does not meet 4-star standards, more like a 3-star hotel. Basic amenities were missing: no bathrobes and no hairdryer in the room (both “available on request,” which is unacceptable at this level). Breakfast was poor and repetitive, with very limited fruit (often just one plate for the whole hotel), few vegetables, and no cold cuts, cheese, or bread variety. The room looked modern but housekeeping was clearly lacking — we found the same crumbs and hair under the bed from day one until check-out. The shower is badly designed, with no door or curtain, flooding the bathroom. Late check-out was offered only via an overpriced suite, despite our room type being available online for much less. As of late January 2026, the 5th floor is under renovation, with noise starting around 7am. Also, note that none of the rooms have balconies. Positives: the rooftop pool is spacious, though poorly maintained, and the spa is decent but overpriced compared to options nearby.
