A great option in the heart of Kuta

An old school place just off Poppies Lane I that's quiet, centrally located, and very good value for money. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the garden and pool areas are clean and relaxing.

The place and area are beautiful, with a great location close to the beach, mall, and good restaurants.

The only downsides were that we didn’t have any AC in the room and there was no warm/hot water in the shower.

Great cheap family friendly hotel

Good hotel down a quiet lane. We just stayed here for a day as we had a late flight but chatted with other guests that had stayed longer who were also happy. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Gardens and pool were nice. Room was clean much cleaner than I expecting for the price. Very good value.

Pool was hot but that isn’t the hotels fault and once in it was fine. Our water stopped running at one point but didn’t get a chance to investigate the issue as we were leaving.

Value for money, great staff!

They were gracious enough to accommodate the early check-in of my family with no additional cost as they arrived early. They were very responsive to my messages and arranged a transpo for airport pick up and transfer. Grateful for all the staff. Thanks a lot!

Perfect Spot Near the Beach!

Location wise it’s perfect, just a short walk to Kuta Beach and close to all the main attractions in Kuta. I loved how convenient everything was, from shops and restaurants to the beach vibes. Whether you're out for a sunset stroll or exploring the nightlife, it’s all right there. The area feels lively yet relaxed, making it easy to enjoy both adventure and downtime. Honestly, I really enjoyed my stay!

The WiFi is a bit unstable, but overall it’s good! I didn’t mind much since I could just use my own mobile data.

The price is reasonable.

Just walking distance to Kuta Beach. The villa is not nearby main road you can have really good night sleep without noise. The surrounding is really quiet and privacy too. The pool is clean and staff is very friendly too.

No aircond, I was not aware about that when I booked. The room is hot in Bali weather so please double check again when you making a reservation.

The welcoming staff were lovely and the pool was clean and inviting. It was very close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

The staff was so friendly! The rooms are super basic, but clean and have all you need for a very good price. The swimming pool is nice, it’s a good hideaway in the middle of busy Kuta.

Wouldn’t stay again

Pool is nice

We stayed at this property due to us having a flight early in the morning so just needed a cheap place to rest for a few hours - it was fine for what it was. I would not be happy to actually sleep in this place due to the fact our room had no AC, was very outdated and had a strange smell. I was not happy with the cleanliness either Perhaps this was just due to the fact we had a cheap room and maybe they have nicer rooms

Lovely stay in Kuta

It's situated in strategic part of Kuta, close to the beach (3min), affordable but good restaurants around and a supermarket.The management and all the staff are just lovely. It's well maintained and clean. And don't forget, you are in the heart of Kuta. Highly recommend!

Lovely staff, thank you Made, Gusti, and Wayan :) Great location very close to Kuta beach, the Boardwalk mall and lots of restaurants. Beautiful pool and sun loungers that we were allowed to use the entire day after we checked out! Couldn’t recommend more thank you! Also amazing shower pressure and hot water!

Our fan didn’t work on the highest setting, but on a low setting with the air con it was great anyway nice and cool.

The staffs were very kind and helpful also the pool was excellent. It was very quiet so we could sleep very well. It would be great if they could offer a breakfast.. anyway we so much enjoyed the stay in Kuta and we’ll definitely come back to this hotel in the future. Thank you!!!

Location was good, close to bars and shops. Staff were friendly.

Bathroom had open windows (no net) so mosquitoes got in. Fan was slow and so it was very very hot.

Nonstop reception, very friendly and helpful people. Amazing garden, very close to the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. I loved the idea of the library in the reception.

The only inconvenience was cold water and very weak pressure of the water. Washing hair especially after the beach was a little problematic. On the other hand for this price it was excellent accommodation 💛🌴🌅

Lovely garden, sizeable beds, staff are friendly and accommodating and they also have a lovely dog called Timor

Sheets were a little stained in places, some of the fans need a little maintenance and shower’s don’t have hot water; but these are small details. Overall a very nice place

Nse por donde empezar , creo que una celda de cárcel es mejor , todo muy auntiguo en las fotos no sale ese lavabo, suciedad por todos lados , colchón con sangre, sábanas sucias, nada mas ver la habitación le entraron ganas de buscar otra cosa pero era de noche y solo teníamos una noche ya que nuestro vuelo salía pronto, la verdad nse como tiene esa nota en booking porque nosotros nos decantamos a pasar una noche por eso nse si tienen otro tipo de habitaciones pero por fuera se veían todas igual

Super halte le temps de se reposer à l'arrivée.

Le jardin luxuriant et la piscine, un vrai plaisir, le personnel adorable, les petits déjeuners.,Confort du lit et emplacement de l'hôtel en plein centre et pourtant tellement calme...

Trop de chlore dans la piscine. Ça n'empêche pas de se baigner mais l'odeur est un peu forte.

Top in Kuta con mucho surf

La localización súper, ya que no está en donde el ruido de primera línea de playa pero está a 5 min de la playa andando. El staff son increíblemente de majos (casi todos llamado Medei 🤣). Las zonas exteriores súper bonitas y la piscinita muy top. En cuanto a las zonas interiores, las camas súper cómodas.

Por poner alguna recomendación para que sea perfecto: - Tener AC, aunque los ventiladores ayudan mucho - Tener champú y gel incluido, que eso siempre me gusta verlo en los hoteles. - Tener agua también incluida. Pero en general, mi experiencia muy positiva!
