The room was basic but comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic and really quiet given we were in central Kuta. The staff were lovely people, the garden and pool area was great.

A very quiet and clean hotel. Staff were great and allowed me to take a shower in a spare room several hours after checkout time. Thank you

The property is very clean and the staff are very nice. I love the location and have stayed here previously, but the larger apartments have since been rented out long term. As a result, we stayed in the lower rooms, and the standard is far below the apartment. The standard is poor.
The mattress was an inner spring cheapy. Hard with springs bulging through. By the end of our stay I could barely walk. And only two old lumpy pillows. There is not a single facility in the room. Not a spoon, fork or cup. No kettle. No toiletries or soap. Nothing. I am seriously disappointed and thay was my last stay at Surfaris.
