    Cleanliness: 1) The room floor was dirty. 2) The bed frames were covered with dust and spider web. 3) I got bug bites over my body on the mattress (bed no. 221F). I had requested to change to new bed but there is no response. 4) The toilet sinks were dirty. 5) Towers were scattered over the bathrooms and basins. Safety: 1) One of the roommate lost his camera in his locker. Overall, I had a bad experience staying here. I did early check out on 2nd day without completing my full stay.

    Room 219 was mine located on first floor only 30 metres from the adjacent bar with nightly live loud music. For 7 nights I never had a proper sleep yet the hotel refused my request to change room. Also the room was infested with roaches, ants and mosquitoes. That's the price I paid for paying upfront and never got Agoda help.
