    Property location was very good, it close to anywhere in kuta. Unfortunately, it was really very very very dirty place. Room, shower and toilet didn't clean regular by hotel staff. Garbage laying infront of cabin everytime, cats and probably some rats playing around with it during night time. Linen in cabin never change every people usage......this really unaceptable and worse thing I ever saw in my life. There is only one old man staff doing everything from receptionist and all things in hotel.

    Please don't waste your time or money if you know you can't be around a dirty and smelly environment,room is spacious and the bed was nice too but there were cigarettes and hairs everywhere,the bathroom was smelling very bad,very dirty I don't even have the right words to explain that,I feel like it would have been a great place if they renovated the toilets and cleaned the room and the compound too
