Breakfast had plenty of choice and the food was good. The decorative features in the hotel were lovely. the room and the bed were fine, once I got in.
My room key didn't work, twice, and had to wait 5-10 minutes to get into the room.
Milk was not supplied next to tea and coffee at breakfast, and there were three different levels of flooring next to the milk, which I didn't notice as I was watching my cup of coffee so I wouldn't spill it. I overbalanced awkwardly and spilt boiling coffee on my hand , my clothes and the floor, and burnt my hand. This could have been avoided if there had been milk right beside the tea and coffee pots. This wasn't a good start to my first day in Bali. The staff were kind, but it shouldn't have happened. Bad management.
Also our showers were almost cold, which wasn't very nice.

Is ok, is what you get for the price
There’s no windows and so real ventilation. Is definitely tight and the bed is very hard. I just needed a place to rest before starting the trip but I wouldn’t go back a second time
