AB Hotel Kuta

The hotel was near everything... Close to the beach. The staff was great and very helpful The rooms were a very good size

After a full day of travel to get to bali Ok.... im not complaining, im just going to give awareness... I chose the Premium Room, was very nice but unfortunately im a light sleeper and enjoy my sleep when I can get it. It turned out the Premium rooms were on the street side... It was like a moto gp circuit, even with ear plugs and 2 sleeping tablets, didn't even do the job. The roads are narrow, the traffic continued till atleast 4am without a wink, looking at the ceiling, then I might have gotten a hr.... I will never make that mistake again... especially when they say city views... Luckily the staff was sympathetic to me , early in the morning they game me a room that was on the opposite side... They should have been the rooms set-up to be the Premium rooms.... .

Only 1 night here just for transit to take a shuttle bus to Gili Islands . the room quite nice but need some reasons to fix it and more important also for the services

Not mean I didn't like, but the service really need to make it better. ✓ The room door and bathroom need to fix ✓The house keeping Never forget to put like the towels and else in guest room before check in ✓The receptionist need more friendly, even to Local or tourists. but this morning one of the receptionist is friendly when I did check out
