Returned for the 4th stay from 13–27 March 2026. However, my hope of witnessing the spectacular and mesmerising Melasti was dashed as it was held at another location instead of below the hotel’s balcony.
Nevertheless, I look forward to Nyepi Day (Silence Day), which is a spiritual time to observe reflection and contemplation.
Fabulous hotel & FO Ms Putu again prepared a 'Welcome Back' strawberry cheesecake for me, placed in the fridge - what a lovely gesture!
At the restaurant, I received exceptional service from the staff, especially Ms Linda, who always remembers my favourite masala tea ❤️ Last but not least, great service recovery from Ms Anita which is heartwarming 🤩
The hospitable and engaging F&B Manager, Mr Wisnu, ensures every day that my meals are satisfying 👍
