The bathtub was like a swimming pool the bed was great pillows with a fantastic The staff everybody couldn’t be more accommodated The breakfast was fantastic I’ve never stayed at a hard rock hotel before, but I would certainly recommend it, and I would stay at another one another place in the world

Amazed that people can still smoke in a family hotel in the indoor club lounge . Despite signage up saying no smoking it was clearly not adhered to by guests when complained the waiters and waitresses just smiled and did not know what to say as if this was normal practise for guests to smoke in a hotel in Bali.

Can’t fault this place, which is why we’ve stayed so many times. Great for kids and younger folk and older alike. Amazing outdoor pool - maybe one of the best in Bali, great buffet breakfast, nice rooms with a large bathroom, top staff and right across from the beach. It might seem a little pricey but once you experience the property, you’ll soon see why. Highly recommend. Thank you HRHB!

We loved the Hard Rock hotel! The staff are all very welcoming, so nice and helpful. It is ideal for kids with a fantastic pool and activities. The buffet breakfast has everything you can wish for. Very convenient location, walking distance from Beachwalk shopping center and Waterbom park.

Nice property but there are alot of kids....even at the bar at night. Thats ok....I just didn't realize how kid friendly it was. They had multiple pools and cabanas to rent. Kids would love the pool with the slides and kid friendly pool bar. Room was clean and the whole property was huge. In walking distance to everything in regards to shopping and dining. I would recommend for families with kids.

I stayed in this property over 20 years ago and it was fabulous. It is now rundown, mouldy and in desperate need of renovation. Kuta has become a cesspool and is no longer safe. If you compare this to other hotels in Bali you will be disappointed

Super hotel with amazing beach pool and great location & good rooms for family with kids with double bed etc. Nice center stage fun in the evening and lively atmosphere. But pls be away from the 15 mins free photo session & free welcome drink as both not worth at all.. Photo session is free with only 1 photo print but no soft copies at all else all highly chargeable and welcome drink is only canned juice / cold drink served that too without any fizz left !!

It was a very nice hotel I think would be absolutely fantastic when all kids can swim on their own and you don’t have to be in the water with them. Expensive food at the hotel, and fold out couch in the kings bedroom is not a fold out couch and you can not step outside on your balcony without climbing over, the balcony is only enough room to hang clothes and nothing else Breakfast was very nice rooms very clean our room had a mould smell to it so they gave us a humidifier which was fantastic. Lovely Bed

All of the staff were so incredibly lovely, welcoming and happy to help you with anything you needed. It’s perfect for kids, with so many things for them to do! They also have their own doctor’s clinic within the hotel which I only realised once we were there, so that was comforting. We had an amazing time!

The breakfast was way better.
